Terrific Property & Host

This was my favorite property that we stayed at during our entire time in Ireland. Proactive and responsive host w/ clear instructions. Fantastic location in Belfast. Great recommendations on where to go/what to see. Spacious and comfortable apartment - clean and homey. Sam was a terrific host. I highly recommend this property!

We recently had the pleasure of visiting our daughter, who is studying abroad at Queen’s University in Belfast, and our stay at this apartment truly exceeded our expectations—even as seasoned travelers from the NYC area! The location is absolutely perfect—centrally situated within a 5-10 minute walk of Belfast’s vibrant shops, restaurants, cafes, and indoor and holiday markets. The apartment itself was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It felt like a home away from home. Sam, the owner, was exceptional—quick to respond to our questions before the trip and incredibly helpful throughout. His hospitality made the experience seamless and stress-free. We found Belfast to be a vibrant city filled with kind people and a welcoming atmosphere. The area felt safe, and exploring the city’s offerings was a delight. Without hesitation, we would return to Belfast and choose this apartment again if given the opportunity. Great spot in Belfast

I can’t say enough about Sam and his place! I stayed there for a few days with my husband and our two girls! Sam is so easy to communicate with and he ensured we had everything we needed. My girls loved the chips and cookies he left for us. The place is in the perfect spot and close to anything you might see or do. Would stay here again if we come back to Belfast!

Sam’s apartment in Belfast was great! Spacious, well appointed, with funky and BIG kitchen! Close to downtown, city hall, and a block from a Starbucks - yes! The property was perfect and we loved our time in Belfast.

This apartment is located in an area where you can walk to shops, pubs, restaurants, etc. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay. Immaculately clean. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great location and apartment

Great facilities and easy walking distance to many Belfast sites. We felt centrally located and the space had everything we needed for our stay. I really loved the extra touch of having toiletries in the bathrooms. It was less we needed to pack or buy. Everything was very clean and once we had the right lock box for entry everything was smooth. Sam was great at communicating and really helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

Great Belfast Apartment

First, Sam is a fabulous host! His communications were always timely and packed with information! He really made the whole visit extra special by providing detailed instructions, site seeing recommendations, and travel advice. The apartment is in a great location. Close to many of the attractions the city has to offer. The pictures provide an accurate look into the accommodations. The kitchen was especially nice with all one needed to make meals to eat in. We would definitely return to this apartment and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you Sam!

This was a perfect space for our time in Belfast. The location is within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go and public transportation. Sam's communication was really great and check-in was easy. Beds were comfy and there was even a fan in the closet. Highly recommend.

Belfast experience.

The property was in a brilliant location only a short walk to the main drag. Our host Sam was very helpful and instructions given about our stay was very informative. Excellent and highly recommended.

Amazing Listing

The owner was engaged and provided information prior to our arrival which guided us to stops enroute to Belfast which we thoroughly enjoyed. The check in and check out process was amazingly smooth. The apartment, while in a building the appeared to need some additional care, was in tremendous condition. It was clean and had everything that a traveler could ask for. Sam even provided thoughtful snacks and water when we arrived. The cookies were amazing, so I heard as my traveling companions ate them all without saving me any. The neighborhood was safe and it was easy to walk to Resturants and shops in the downtown area. I wish that all Vrbo properties were as perfect was this listing. Thank you Sam McCormick. Wish we could have met in person.

Sam is very helpful and attentive. Everything with the apt was great. The only hitch was the lockbox code from VRBO was incorrect, but a quick phone call remedied the situation.

Great location, very clean, excellent response time from Sam. Very well appointed apartment with everything we needed for our family stay. Beds were comfortable, well equipped kitchen, and especially nice to have a washer and dryer while traveling. I will definitely stay again when I come back to Belfast.
