Awesome views!

Everything was top notch, except there was evidence of a mouse on the oven and countertop around the toaster. We had a loaf of bread sitting there and it got into that. Then one evening we saw it running around in the kitchen. But it is an older house so we couldn’t complain! We loved our stay there

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Our stay here was absolutely incredible! We came with our immediate family and couples to celebrate my in-laws' anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and fantastic restaurants! The charming little town is a hidden gem, offering a more relaxed atmosphere compared to busier beachside spots. We loved the mom-and-pop shops that added to the town’s unique charm.From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Though we had a minor issue with hot water upon check-in, the property management company was beyond amazing—quickly responsive and had it resolved within 24 hours! Plus, when we realized we had the wrong check-out time, they were so accommodating, giving us an extra hour, which we truly appreciated. It completely made up for the minor hiccup, and we left already dreaming about our next visit. We can’t wait to return to this slice of paradise!

Absolute perfection!

Family of 7 adults stayed here. Plenty of towels! Plenty of cooking supplies, blender, big pots and frying pans of all sizes (yes, large enough to cook for 7 hungry adults!) Kurig and coffee pot maker, toaster, mixing bowls and cassarole dishes, and so much more! Plenty of elbow room and space to sit, play games, and stretch out. Two bathrooms had plenty of counter space to share, and a third smaller one downstairs. Plenty of nice hangers in the closets. While not wheelchair accessible, there is one staircase that has short steps that are longer, perfect for our disabled daughter to use since they aren't steep at all. The view was so nice, quick walk to the beach, there is a public access gate to the beach directly in front of the house! Washer and dryer was nice and made light packing so easy. Fishing off the pier was fun, there's a local place to buy an inexpensive setup if you don't pack one. Everything in walking distance! We've rented so many houses and this was by far the best in all areas, clean, bright, comfortable, roomy, gorgeous view! We highly recommend! Also, 2 playpen are there, we didn't need them, but thought that was a great offering. The town of Cayucus is so nice, shops and restaurants ranging from super casual, to fancy and high end. Plenty of adventures between Morro Bay and Cambria, or just stay in Cayucos and relax.

Seaside Strolls 4th of July

This was a great house to rent. It was clean, spacious enough with 6 kids and 4 adults. The house was so well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could ask for, and more. The game room downstairs had a bathroom, washer and dryer, and pool table! It has a great location for walking, and perfect view of the fireworks. We had a fabulous time at Seaside Strolls! The only reason I gave it a 4 on cleanliness is because I’m super picky, but it was pretty clean.

This is our third year coming to Cayucos and this big beautiful house! It has such a great view of the ocean, easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants! We love the peaceful vibe of Cayucos! The kitchen has everything imaginable for cooking a meal. Our one specialty we’ve done all 3 years is a seafood boil! We plan on going again next year to celebrate Mother’s Day week.

Location good and ok

The location was great to walk to Cayoucos but kind of a dangerous walk, but close. The trailer park is right next door so know that. The house itself was beautiful and accommodating. So we loved the house and loved the location but not the trailer park. It was quiet so no issues there just would have enjoyed the view better but it is what it is. Be warned there is no generator if the electricity is out (and it was) and no compensation for the night it was out. We moved to a hotel that night. Overall, we loved the stay and would rent it again.

Lovely home for a larger group. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. Two things that could use improvement. The water heater is set too high…water is scalding. Also the stairs to the lower level are very steep.

If you want a lobster bake, this is the kitchen for you

Had a wonderful time again in Cayucos. We have been traveling here for 27 years and have rented multiple homes around town. This was, by far, one of the best. We were worried about the location and the view but none of that was an issue. Best view of the pier and beach, easy walk to town and wonderful house to rent. Plenty of space to hang out in, very clean, wonderful kitchen to cook in and great downstairs room to have fun in. The only negative we could find, no spices to cook with. We have rented multiple homes and everyone had a cupboard full of spices to cook with. This was the first house we had nothing. We found salt and pepper that was almost empty. For such a well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, HUGE pots, utensils, plates, cups, extra cooking appliances to make you feel at home, and great appliances, the lack of spices was disappointing. But such a small disappointment in the entire grand scheme of a wonderful house and amazing views. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home

Perfect family retreat

Adult family trip where we hoped to take advantage of the beach and the paso wine country. The house was great. Wonderful views. Lovely to be able to all cook together and location to wineries was perfect.
