TERRIBLE ROTTEN SMELL AND DIRTY
I arrived at the property in the bad part of Henderson with the projects and bums next to it that was my first concern , when I arrived inside the home I was greeted by a rotten smell as if an animal passed away and a strong cigar smell . The house was HOT ! She charged me an extra 200$ to turn the air down a few degrees . I paid for the pool to be hot it never got hot . Then proceeded to text me and tell me that since she turned on the pool heater it I caused it to break cause SHE TURNED IT ON I never touched it ! I’ve expressed my concerns throughout my stay . I’m trying to turn the air down because I’m cooking steaks and she’s complaining to me telling me the air can’t go down below 76 . If you.cant afford your energy get your house off a vacation rental app especially all the extra fees she charges for the dumbest stuff . She had no trash bags I threw everything away that I could when leaving both trashes are full so there’s no space to throw stuff away and going to complain about it when I checked out but charges a 300$ cleaning fee !??? What’s the problem !!? Also tried to charge me 1800 after my stay came to the house and started being rude with a face full of Botox looking idiotic .touching my items
