The historical character of this old country house is palpable in every corner, now combined with all modern amenities for a perfect stay both in summer and winter.

Cross through the glazed entrance door and enter a spacious lobby that guides you through a stone arch into a cozy living and dining area. The stone floor and indirect lighting create a warm atmosphere, ideal for relaxing next to the charming fireplace, enjoying the 50-inch smart TV with Netflix, HBO and Disney+ (from 2023), satellite channels and DVD. Stay connected with our high-speed WiFi, perfect for working or communicating with your loved ones.

The kitchen, with direct access to the pool terrace through a large glass wall, is fully equipped with a glass ceramic cooktop, double oven, microwave, two refrigerators with freezer compartment, and a variety of coffee machines (including Dolce Gusto and filter coffee machine). Additionally, you will find a practical laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Climbing a few steps, one discovers the gallery with a double bedroom (1.50x2.00m), a sofa (or additional bed upon request) and an en suite bathroom. One floor higher, the glazed gallery houses a room divided by a bookshelf with a reading corner and comfortable armchairs, a room with two single beds (0.90x2.00m) and an en suite bathroom. On the same floor, a third bedroom with access to the terrace offers two single beds, an en suite bathroom, and two chairs for relaxing with a good book.

The annex, with an independent entrance to the left of the main house, will surprise you with a salon with panoramic windows and a view of the garden. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A staircase leads to another additional bedroom with single beds (0.90x2.00m), also with its own en-suite bathroom.

All rooms have air conditioning and heating (calculated by consumption). Each en suite bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, and towels and bed linens are changed every 4 days.

For families with small children, we offer a comprehensive range of accessories (changing mat, baby monitor, bottle warmer, high chair booster seats, etc.). Cribs and high chairs are available upon request and at no additional cost.

The outdoor area is a true paradise with a beautiful covered kitchen with seating, charcoal grill and gas grill, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors in a rural and peaceful environment.

The pool area, surrounded by wood, features a lawn garden and an elevated terrace with sun loungers for your relaxation. Free pool towels are provided.
