Beautiful Ski In/Ski Out Studio Condo NO CLEANING FEES

This studio condo is the perfect location whether you are looking to ski or bike, enjoy the festivals in Winter Park, or just lounge by the pool. The unit is located on the second floor and is very convenient to the indoor/outdoor pool, the hot tubs, the exercise room, the game room, and the base area village. You are simply an elevator ride away from The Corridor Ski Run and the Zephyr Gondola. The building also features a ski shop and a massage therapist. The unit comes with one free spot in a covered parking garage in the building, and there is a free bus stop just outside the door.

The condo sleeps four in a queen-size Murphy bed and a full-size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. It features a full-size, completely furnished kitchen and the unit has its own high-speed secure internet.

There is one available covered parking spot. The Town of Winter Park does not allow on-street, overnight parking. Rentals are subject to the Town of Winter Park noise regulations.

Great location, great host!

Love Ironhorse for convenient access to the mountain and comfortable "just what you need" accomodations. Our host was very flexible and helpful with check in and check out as it was shoulder season and nobody departing right before or arriving right after us. And the unit was great, we had a moose visit right below our balcony on day one, quite the welcome!

The Condo is perfect. We enjoyed the coziness of the fireplace and it has everything you could need or want. The ski in/ski out is awesome and so convenient, especially when you’re trying to make the most of your time. I would definitely book it again.

Very cute, clean perfect place to stay. Just a short walk to the catwalk that takes you to the gondola and only a 10 minute walk to the village at the base of Winter Park. John was very accommodating we will stay here again!!

Perfect for slope access

I enjoyed this studio for a few days with my 13-year old son. We came for powder and it was the perfect location for easy slope access and the activities in the Village as well. The unit was so thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and even extras of toiletries we might have forgotten. The unit was very clean and cozy. The humidifier in the unit was a really nice touch. The complex was quiet but with great amenities, the covered parking was a great bonus. The owner was very communicative and helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. Having perfect lodging and great powder made for a wonderful ski getaway with my son!

Perfect Getaway Weekend!

John's place was absolutely perfect for a quick ski trip with my partner & me. It was clean, well-stocked, and all of his instructions were thorough & clear. We have been staying at John and family's place for years. It is always very clean and well-kept. He even leaves a toothbrush and toothpaste if you forget plus sunscreen! The kitchen has many spices and condiments if needed. Awesome to work with and always so kind.

The property is walking distance from the Base area. If you want to go downtown to enjoy the shopping, dining or music in the park, just hop on the free bus system that has a winter stop at Iron Horse (in summer, the nearest stop is only 200 yds. away).
