Decorated with refinement, our property is located on the ground floor of an exclusive condominium with outdoor swimming pool and within walking distance of Vilamoura marina, beaches, and shopping areas. 2 bedrooms, one with air conditioning and terrace (1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds). Bathroom with Italian shower and fully equipped. It can accommodate up to 6 people, as the sofa bed can accommodate 2 people. Small but very functional and fully equipped kitchen. Espresso coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), washing machine and dishwasher. Ceramic hob and microwave, 53' TV and WIFI are some of the facilities.

Guests will have exclusive access to the townhouse and common areas of the condominium where the swimming pool is located. The property has 2 sun loungers. Free parking in front of the condo.

We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:

• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | After 10 pm: 45 euros
• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros
• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros

Rental services:
• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay
• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay

Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.

A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
