It is situated in a central but quiet area of Conil at 6 minutes walking distance from the beach and is very suitable for those who want to enjoy a quiet holiday.
Therefore we especially welcome more mature clients, families or couples. We do not welcome groups of young people.

They have access to the rooftop area to hang clothes; shared with the rest of the neighbours of the building.
The best thing is that they have central heating for the high summer temperatures or the low temperatures in winter and they have Wifi in the home.
