Situated within the stunning Peak District National Park, The Farmhouse offers a luxurious escape for six people. Part of the award-winning Wheeldon Trees retreat, this idyllic country cottage has been recognised as one of TripAdvisor's top 10% of places to stay worldwide.

Unwind in the heart of the home – a farmhouse kitchen - or gather loved ones in the grand sitting room with a wood-burning stove. A separate snug is perfect for movie marathons and a small reading room offers a quiet relaxing area. A vintage-style powder room completes the downstairs.

Upstairs, three luxurious double bedrooms await. Unwind in the master suite's private ensuite, or indulge in a long soak in the pink roll-top bath of the shared bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower for added convenience. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and bedrooms two and three offer either a super king or twins – you decide.

Wheeldon Trees provides total tranquillity. The retreat boasts an array of amenities, including a well-stocked honesty shop filled with treats, Wi-Fi, an office you can use at any time, Voltshare EV charging and electric bikes for exploring the picturesque countryside. The children’s play area and games room ensure entertainment for all ages.

Absolutely amazing!!!!

This stay was a 10/10 for us! Stunning location, gorgeous farm house with lots of character and plenty room in the house for large family’s. The beds were super comfy and the pink bath is lovely. We enjoyed the games room honesty shop and laundry room too! Would 💯 come back and I would highly recommend staying here.
