No expense has been spared on this luxurious, newly refurbished 4 bedroom family villa located on the peaceful community of Solana. It as a fantastic games room and boasts a south-facing private pool with large deck. If you’re looking for that special villa for your holiday of a life time, then this is it! With it’s perfect location on the US27 in Davenport, it is close to Disney World (15-20 minute drive) and all other Orlando theme parks and popular tourist hotspots.

Sitting on the Solana Resort in Davenport, this 4 bedroom newly renovated villa is perfect for your family holiday to Orlando. Features include a games room to help keep the kids entertained and a south-facing private pool with no rear neighbours. The community facilities are a few minutes’ walk from here and include a swimming pool, 4000 sq/ft clubhouse, 18 hole mini golf, and fitness room and gym. Mickey Mouse and friends can be found at Disney World, just 15-20 minutes’ drive from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 25-30 minutes away. Harry Potter fans wanting to walk down Diagon Alley or experience a journey on Hogwarts Express can be at Universal Resorts in about 30 minutes. A wide selection of restaurants and take-aways, suitable for all tastes, budgets and appetites, can be found along the US192 which is 3 miles north of Solana. A smaller range of dining options is at Berry Town Center, 1 mile away, and this is where you will find your nearest Publix supermarket.

Living Accommodation - This comfortable and luxurious home from home has an open-plan design so that you can make the most of your time together as a family. At the heart of the villa is the recently updated kitchen featuring Quartz worktops and equipped with all new appliances and utensils you are likely to need should you decide on making a meal for everybody.

The nearby formal dining table overlooks the pool deck and is a great spot for tea and toast in the morning as you make plans for the rest of the day, or an evening meal talking about the day’s events.

The family lounge, filled with lots of natural light, is at the rear of the villa and has luxury sofas, a large flatscreen TV with Cable and doors leading to the south-facing pool deck.

Bedrooms - The first Master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, with safe and a wall mounted TV.

Bedroom 2, also has a Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, wall mounted TV and built in wardrobes.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both equipped with single twin beds, these rooms have been tastefully decorated in a style to suit any holidaymaker, both with flat screen TV’s.

Entertainment - The awesome games room has been well equipped with a pool table, table football and an air hockey game for the young-at-heart members of the family. Furnished with comfy sofas.

Outdoor Living - The south-facing sun-drenched pool deck area, with private pool, offers plenty of space for the whole family and has the benefit of no overlooking neighbours to the rear of the property and a covered area for alfresco dining.

Pool Safety - This property has a pool fence which can be put up if required.

The separate Utility Area provides a new large capacity Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. All linens and towels provided for your convenience

Solana Resort

Solana Resort is situated off Highway 27 (between the 192 and I4) and is approximately a 12-minute drive from Disney with easy access via the new toll road and the even newer Disney West Gate Entrance. Sea World, Universal Studios and The I Drive area attractions are approximately 25 minutes’ drive away. You are also only minutes from Berry Town Centre on US 27 which houses a Publix Supermarket, Applebee’s Bar and Grill as well as numerous other shops bars and restaurants.

The highlight of Solana Resort is the 4000 Sq. ft. onsite Clubhouse with its resort size heated pool and spa. Surrounded by palm trees the pool area is a true oasis in the heart of Florida. The large deck area has ample loungers and is perfect for unwinding in the Florida sunshine or to simply enjoy a swim or a relax in the spa with an ice cold drink.

Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April, if required it is charged at $36 per day.
