Schöner Urlaub

Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub. Saubere große Wohnung, es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir hatten Mückenstecker und Fliegennetz dabei, Klettband war bereits im Fenster. Die Matratze war für unseren Geschmack recht weich, wir schlafen halt gerne auf festere Matratzen Auto oder Fahrrad ist sinnvoll, wir haben die Gegend mit den ebikes erkundet, das war für uns ideal. Der Pool war schön groß. Ein Sonnenschirm am Pool und auf dem Balkon wäre schön gewesen. Insgesamt war aber alles gut.

tolle Ferienwohnung - alles was man braucht

Hübsche Ferienwohnung mit allem was man grundsätzlich braucht und sehr sauber. Auf dem Balkon kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen, der Pool hat eine tolle Aussicht bis auf den Gardasee runter. Man ist fußläufig in 15-20 min am Strand, kann als gut das Auto stehen lassen. Fahrräder mitzunehmen ist auch eine gut Idee. Die Anbieter sind sehr freundlich & bemüht. Gerne wieder!

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable chez Gianni, à Manerba del Garda. Que ce soit le lieu, avec son jardin et sa piscine, ou l'emplacement (proche de Salo ou de Decenzano), nous avons pleinement profité de cette location. Nous ne saurons que trop la conseiller.

Viel Spaß am Pool

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft und haben es sehr genossen. Alles war sauber und die Grundausstattung in unserer Wohnung hat ausgereicht. Der Pool war genial, und hat viel Freude bereitet. Alles in allem kann ich hier nur positives Berichten, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung

Wir haben zusammen mit unserer Tochter hier sehr schöne Tage erlebt. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben in der unteren mittleren Wohnung gewohnt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer. Dem Hauptzimmer mit Küchenzeile, Esstisch und Schlafcouch für unsere Tochter. Dann ist ein kleiner Flur indem der große Schrank steht und von dort ausgehend das Badezimmer. Die Terrasse vor der Wohnung gehört auch dazu und ist mit einem Esstisch ausgestattet. Von der Türe aus sind es nur gut 12 Schritte zum Pool. Das war ideal um auch für eine kürzere Zeit den Pool zu nutzen. Ab und zu störte das Bellen der Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, aber daran haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt und sonst war es ruhig. Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch die Sicherheitstüre der Wohnung. Ideal war für uns, dass der Besitzer auch die Pizzeria auf dem Gelände betreibt. So konnten wir immer wieder mal aufs Kochen verzichten und dort etwas zum Abendessen abholen. - Hat wunderbar geschmeckt. Für den Einkauf gibt es am Ortsrand Lidl und Eurospar. Die Bäckerei für die Frühstücksbrötchen findet sich im Ortskern. Mit dem Auto kein Problem. Freitags ist im Ort der Markt den man sich nicht entgehen lassen sollten. Wenn wir am Gardasee wieder Urlaub machen, dann ist zukünftig diese Wohnung 1. Wahl.

Great price good location

We enjoyed the property. We were able to fit 2 adults 3 kids. We found the owner easily at the pizza shop. Checkout was also easy. Found a bunch of grocery stores in the city. We will definitely return in the summer.

Familienfreundlich mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben hier 11 Tage zusammen mit unserer 1,5 jährigen Tochter verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es waren überwiegend Familien da, was unserer Tochter natürlich besonders gut gefallen hat. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. OG mit toller Aussicht. Die Wohnung/ Anlage sind sehr ordentlich, sauber und ruhig. Es gibt auf Wunsch ein kostenfreies Kinderbett. Super war auch, dass den Gästen kostenfrei Fahrräder (mit Kindersitz) zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Allerdings wird das Tor gegen 23 Uhr geschlossen. Dann muss/ kann man an der Straße davor parken. Leider sind die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft insbesondere auch in der Nacht sehr laut. Handtücher und Bettwäsche hatten wir keinen Wechsel während der 11 Tage. Pfanne, Löffel und Duschkopf könnten mal erneuert werden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Durch die Hanglage hat man eine schöne Aussicht. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 min unten am See (zu Fuss ca. 30 min). Dort gibt es auch einen schönen Spielplatz. In der Altstadt/ beim Markt ist man mit dem Fahrrad in 5 min/ zu Fuss ca. 15 min. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und auch wiederkommen!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Freienwohnung hat eine super Lage, liegt nicht mitten in der Ortschaft, man kann aber alles was man braucht schnell erreichen. Der Pool ist sehr sauber, sowie die Wohnung und die ganze Anlage auch. Man kann sich an der Pizzeria nebenan die beste Pizza holen, auch spät am abend. Alles in einem: Ferienwohnung, Pizzeria, Vermieter: sehr gut.
