Wow wow wow
This was one of the most amazing group stays I’ve ever had. Jose was the most gracious host, checking in ahead of the trip and really going ahead and beyond to make our stay fabulous. The views and sunrises are stunning, there’s a range of activities to do including tennis and hiking, there are two pools. Two! My friends and I loved it and can’t wait to go back!

Perfect vacation!
We had a wonderful time at Villa Montgrau. The contact with Pepe was excellent and with everything we could ask for help. The first day we enjoyed a delicious Paella made by Carlos & also the last evening we had an amazing barbecue. The house is beautiful and fully equipped. We were a large group of 30 and if we wanted to go to the beach or into town we were excellently helped with taxis/buses arranged by Pepe. Thank you for the fantastic time!

Cannot Fault this place - incredible.
Where to begin with Villa Montgrau…I think we’ll start with 10/10 , A*, 100%!! As a group of 30 friends, it’s difficult to find an affordable villa that fits us all comfortably, and has a range of activities on offer both on and off site. Villa Mongrau has all of this and more. The kitchen and outdoor stoves made it easy for us to cook for 30, the two pools were super clean and spacious, and the grounds are fantastic for a huge game of hide and seek! The tennis court and games room below Casa 2 were brilliant and even the gym got some use! The beaches and beach bars are approximately 20 minutes away by taxi, and are a fun day out but there’s so much on offer at the villa, you won’t want to leave. Pepe and his family were so incredibly helpful, suggesting supermarket delivery options, taxi and minibus hire, walks in the stunning local area and even cooked us a gorgeous paella on the Saturday night. The cherry on top of the cake was the chilled beer tap and outside cooler which meant we were always supplied with a cold pint/drink whilst lazing by the pool. They went above and beyond, whilst not being intrusive and we can’t thank them enough for making our stay such a lovely and fun experience. The villa has already been recommended to several friends/family and I suspect we will be back at some point! Huge thank you to Pepe! From Jo, Meg, Nathan and the rest xx

Vacances paradisiaque
Nous avons adoré nos vacances dans la villa. Le terrain est enorme, la vue absolument magnifique, 2 belles piscines 1 profonde et 1 pour jouer sont présentes. Il y a aussi un terrain de tennis, du ping-pong etc impossible de s'ennuyer ! Les chambres sont aussi très bien et la plupart ont leur salle-de-bain privée. Toute la villa est tres luxieuse. Pepe nous a aussi cuisiné de très bons repas pour 30 personnes ! Merci Pepe !

Semaine de vacance en famille pour venir profiter de la famille en Espagne. La maison est extraordinaire, adapté au grand comme au petit. Il y a tout sur place, Pépé est un hôte génial toujours à re ère service et aux petits soins. Je recommande vraiment cette location pour vivre un séjour top

Un séjour incroyable
Pepe est un hôte extraordinaire! il est attentionné et à l’écoute. Nous sommes partis en groupe de 26 jeunes (21 ans), en avion donc sans voiture. Pepe nous a aidés pour les courses sans soucis. La maison est calme, agréable et la vue est dingue. Les piscines sont propres. La paella faite par Pépé était super bonne et copieuse. Les jardins sont grands et une randonnée de 4h est réalisable ce qui permet de créer des activités. Nous avions loué l’enceinte pour la musique donc tout était super. Encore un grand merci pour cette semaine de folie.

Top location! Perfect holiday.
We had a delicious time at Mont Grau. We felt at home immediately. Enormous pool. Very comfortable kitchen. Carlos and Pepe were very helpful. Small problem with the air was resolved instantly. Directions to good restaurant and taxi very quickly. You can ask them anything. Very little negative to tell, mostly positive. Just a little renovation of some of the (bath)rooms is maybe advised. And some of the beds were a little too hard for us, but there were plenty of bedrooms to choose from. Keep up the good work & Mont Grau!

La casa estaba impecable, el entorno de ensueño, y la paella que nos preparó Pepe inmejorable, la Finca Mont Grau es sin duda un acierto si quieres pasar un buen fin de semana con amigos y todas las comodidades posibles. Great vacation at a great house
We have been guests of Pepe and Carlos with a group of 26 young adults and it has been a perfect stay. Pepe and Carlos are really friendly and helpful hosts and good cooks as well. The paella and fideua Pepe cooked for us were some of the highlights of our vacation. The house is perfect for large groups as we have been to relax and party. There is lots of space to do sports and later in the evening, the bar belonging to the establishment is a great little club. All in all, we really recommend the house and the owners as it has been a perfect stay.

Disfrutamos de 3 maravillosos días en esta estancia. Un sitio ideal para desconectar. Aprovechamos al máximo sus instalaciones: la piscina, las pistas de tenis y fronton, y su enorme jardín para las comidas en grupo.

Amazing group holiday
We had an amazing holiday as a group of 10 children and 18 adults in this wonderful villa. The space was huge, from the villas to the outdoor area. The pools were lovely and cleaned daily. The gardens and patio area gave plenty of room for activities, eating and resting. The villas were both stunning with many different room types. The bunk room was excellent and suited us due to the large number of children. There was lots of added extras and the hosts were great, so helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend this property.

La casa está en un lugar privilegiado y con unas vistas espectaculares. La vivienda muy limpia, aunque necesita de algunos arreglos y mantenimiento. Tanto María como Pepe han mostrado una gran disposición. En general es un buen alojamiento.

Location, privacy, facilities and customer service were top class
Easily one of the best homes on either HomeAway or Airbnb we have stayed so far. Perfect for a big group of family or friends. Location and 360 degree view are even better than the images we see on the website. The host family is very friendly and prompt, and highly customer service oriented. Can’t ask for more. A very private well kept property with acres of orange groves, gardens, a separate castle like bar building and outdoor activities. Our group of 18 enjoyed the property facilities so much that we found it hard to get out of the house to go sightseeing!! Highly recommend this house. Would love to go back.

Cuando la realidad supera las Fotos (Agosto 2018)
Hemos pasado un fin de semana largo (4 días) increíbles. Nuestro plan era un viaje de amigos, pero la casa sin duda tiene muchas mas posibilidades (familia, eventos, fiestas). La finca esta apartada, pero a la vez cerca del pueblo y de la playa. Todo las comodidades de una casa que podáis imaginar, las tiene (Hab amplias, baños grandes y limpios, cocina grande y equipada a tope, terraza, piscinas grandes y limpias, bbq, menaje.. todo). No hay problema en poner música hasta tarde, si ese es tu plan, no molestas a nadie. El trato de los dueños fue perfecto, están pendientes pero sin agobiar, si necesitas algo contestan rápido y cumplieron con todo lo que acordamos y más. Ninguna prisa para que nos fuéramos el último día, lo cual se agradece mucho. En definitiva muy, muy recomendable para cualquier plan.

Una casa fantástica
Cada año pasamos las Navidades en una casa diferente, y Villa Montgrau ha sido, hasta la fecha, la que más nos ha gustado y ha cubierto nuestras necesidades y expectativas. Muy fácil de llegar y bastante cerca de Valencia. Muy cerca también de Favara, pero a la vez aislada y tranquila. Una zona estupenda para pasear y hacer senderismo. Limpia, ordenada (menaje, cajones, cristalería, cubertería). Decorada de Navidad preciosa!. Los propietarios accesibles y dispuestos a ayudar. No funcionaba uno de los splits de calefacción en uno de los dormitorios, y nos trajeron un radiador, y aunque nos quedamos sin agua durante un rato, lo resolvieron ipso facto!, así que todo quedó en pequeñas incidencias que fueron prontamente resueltas. Un poco lioso para nosotros el tema de abrir la verja de la propiedad con el móvil, pero culpa nuestra que no somos demasiado tecnológicos...El precio de la casa es algo más elevado que la media, pero lo vale. Si podemos repetiremos!
