Wohnen direkt an der Piste
Wir haben die Woche in dem Chalet sehr genossen. Vor allem die grandiose Lage direkt neben dem Skilift ist ein großes Plus, vor allem wenn man mit Baby oder Kleinkindern reist. Das Chalet hat alles was man braucht, ist schön sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach, schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die wunderschöne Aussicht hat unseren Aufenthalt bereichert. Gerne wieder!

Chalet right on the ski slopes!!!
Our family had an absolutely amazing time at Mirco's house. We stayed in the lower unit and there was plenty of space for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. Chalet is so cozy (hot water and great heating) and has everything you need. Most importantly - the house is right on the ski slopes and has the most amazing views of the Dolomites. Our children did ski lessons at Carezza Ski School, but we also just played in the snow. There are many restaurants around, just easy walking distance. Bolzano is only 30 minutes away so it was fun to visit Christmas markets, wineries, restaurants, and go shopping. WE ARE ALREADY PLANNING TO COME BACK THIS YEAR!!! Grazie mille Signore Mirco!!! :)

Carezza ground floor apartment
The ground floor apartment is a great base from which to explore the beautiful area. The apartment is very functional - equipped with all the practical amenities - and clean. We (one adult, two children), spent most of our time exploring the region, and for this the apartment was perfect. I was first confused by the pictures on homeaway since they also include pictures for the inside of the 2nd floor apartment (which is an upgrade of the first floor).

geniale Lage
Das Haus liegt absolut Zentral im familienfreundlichen Skigebiet Carezza. Das Haus bietet alles was für eine Woche Urlaub gebraucht wird. Wir haben es sehr genossen direkt mit den Skiern auf die Skipiste zu gelangen und abends konnte jeder fahren so lange er wollte. Ich fahre schon lange Ski aber dies war eines meiner schönsten Skiurlaube. Vom Vermieter wurden wir sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit empfangen. Am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben - aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder. An den Vermieter herzlichen Dank.

Einfache Unterkunft in toller Lage
Der Schlüssel lag unter der Fußmatte, der Umweg über Bozen wo nach Info der Schlüssel abzuholen sei, war unnötig. Das große Schlafzimmer ist Fensterlos und entsprechend dunkel. Um den Parkplatz gab es Diskussionen mit dem Nachbarn.

Wunderschöne Fewo mit Hüttencharakter
Gemeinsam mit Freunden (6 Personen ) verbrachten wir eine tolle Woche in Carezza. Schöne Feriewohnung mit Kamin, genialer Ausblick und absolut grandiose Lage. ( direkt im Skigebiet ) und dazu noch viel Schnee uns gutes Wetter. Ein wirklich netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zu Mirco. Danke! Wir kommen gerne wieder Gruß Claudia

Bellissimo soggiorno a Carezza
Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per due settimane a Carezza. Il piano terra dove abbiamo alloggiato è risultato luminoso, confortevole, tranquillo e fornito di ogni comfort, addirittura sky in camera da letto. La camera matrimoniale è spaziosa e la cameretta ha due letti a castello. In bagno c'è lavatrice e in cucina il forno a microonde. Bellissima posizione, non abbiamo utilizzato l'auto poiché, da casa, si raggiungevano tutti i sentieri a piedi. I Proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!!! Magari in inverno!!!! W la montagna!!!!!!

Excellente semaine
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce chalet bien situé avec une superbe vue sur le Latemar. De nombreuses randonnées sont accessibles dès le départ du chalet et les sentiers sont très bien balisés. Mirco et son épouse sont des propriétaires plus que charmants qui nous ont donné de précieux conseils. D'excellents restaurants se trouvent à proximité. Nous recommanderions cette location aux personnes aimant la randonnée, le calme et la nature.

Bella vacanza!
Abbiamo trascorso con i nostri figli (8-11) una settimana rilassante ma intensa presso l'appartamento al piano terra. Lo chalet è davvero carino e dotato di ogni confort (Sky compreso). Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato l'ambiente caldo e i proprietari da subito si sono resi disponibili e ci hanno dato indicazioni su come muoverci nei dintorni. La posizione è fantastica: direttamente sulle piste da sci, a 50 m. dallo Ski Pass. Lo chalet si trova in un bel contesto con villette, minimarket e pizzeria. Ottimo punto di partenza per tantissime escursioni, il paesaggio è incantevole. Panorami meravigliosi e tramonti da favola!! Ci torneremo senz'altro!!

We enjoyed stay Ing in this Appartement. The host is very supportive and provides helpful hints for enjoying the beautiful nature around. Very quiet surrounding. Only the appartment is quite dark as it is located in the ground floor and has only small windows. The upper appattment should be a perfect choice.

Appartamento direttamente sulle piste:comodissimo!
Siamo stati una settimana con i nostri bimbi (4,6,9 anni) in questo posto favoloso,direttamente sulle piste, accogliente,comodissimo,pulito, funzionale.Un padrone di casa simpatico e disponibile ci ha accolto e consigliato come sfruttare al meglio tutte le possibilità che Carezza offre (sci,slittino,cucina ottima,servizi accanto alle piste ecc).Consiglierei decisamente sia la località sia l'immobile!Si può dimenticare la macchina e scegliere se rilassarsi a guardare le bellissime Dolomiti o divertirsi con la neve!fantastico!se sarà possibile, ci torneremo di sicuro!

Soggiorno perfetto
LA LOCALITA' Splendida località ai piedi del Catinaccio e del Latemar (panorami mozzafiato). Solo zona residenziale (case e residence, e pochi Hotel), ci sono diversi ristoranti e 1 solo mini-market, a Nova Levante (pochi Km) c'è tutto. Posto tranquillo e ideale per chi vuole sciare e stare nella natura. Comprensorio sciistico ideale per bambini e famiglie e per sciatori esperti. Prezzi ski pass umani e possibilità di punti e baby gratis con adulto pagante. Piste molto soleggiate. Ci sono diverse passaggiate (sia a piede che con le ciaspole) per tutti i gusti. LA CASA Lo casa (appartamento sotto) era perfetta e come descritta in annuncio. Chalet accogliente con 2 camere spaziose (matrimoniale e camera con 2 letti castello), soggiorno con cucina molto ampio e comodo con mega divano; due TV con Sky. Bagno spazioso e funzionale. Piccolo giardino fronte casa. Casa molto funzionale con tutto l'occorrente. Posizione fantastica, direttamente sulle piste (si arriva e si parte con gli sci) e a 50 metri da ski pass e Hotel Alpenrose e bar. PROPRIETARI Persone raffinate e cordiali. Disponibili e presenti all'occorrenza. Il giorno della partenza la nostra auto non partiva e grazie al provvidenziale loro aiuto siamo riusciti a tornare... grazie ancora....

Uno chalet incantevole
Abbiamo passato le vacanze di carnevale (28 febbraio - 5 marzo 2014) in questo chalet, nell'appartamento al piano superiore. La sistemazione si è rivelata fantastica per tutta una serie di motivi. Nella zona c'erano più di due metri di neve, però il posto auto di fronte all'ingresso era stato tenuto pulito e il proprietario aveva scritto nella neve il nostro nome perché lo trovassimo più facilmente. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e confortevole, interamente foderato di legno, quando si entra si percepisce subito un profumo di legno e di "montagna". Inoltre è dotato di un impianto di riscaldamento molto efficiente, quando siamo arrivati era impostato a 22 gradi, cosicché l'ambiente era caldissimo. Prima dell'ingresso vero e proprio c'è un vano chiuso e non riscaldato, ideale per riporre sci e racchette. Si entra nel salotto e subito sulla destra ci sono dei ripiani per scarponi, guanti e caschi. Nel salotto molto spazioso c'è un grande tavolo da pranzo, un televisore flat da 32" con decoder satellitare, un divano e l'angolo cottura. La dispensa è fornita di tutti quegli accessori alimentari che spesso in altri appartamenti si è costretti a portarsi da casa, come sale, olio, zucchero, caffè. Il salotto è dotato di un ampio balcone coperto con una bella vista sulle montagne circostanti. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, il bagno è fornito di tutto quello che serve e di una confortevole doccia, con acqua molto calda. Bisogna portare da casa la biancheria da letto (piumoni) e gli asciugamani per il bagno. Lo chalet è inserito in un bel contesto di villette e chalet nel villaggio Carezza, sono raggiungibili a piedi un minimarket (nel Grandhotel Carezza), una pizzeria, un noleggio sci con service e gli impianti. La strada senza uscita per raggiungere lo chalet è in pendenza, stretta e in caso di neve sono necessarie le gomme invernali. Collegamento alle piste: fantastico, si esce dal vano davanti all'ingresso con gli scarponi ai piedi, si attraversa la stradina e dal bordo strada in corrispondenza del tornante che gira attorno allo chalet (a non più di 10 m dalla casa), si inforcano gli sci e lungo un sentiero piano di un centinaio di metri si raggiunge la zona degli impianti. Lo stesso percorso al contrario si fa per rientrare allo chalet. E' quindi più che fattibile rientrare allo chalet per il pranzo. Altri chalet dello stesso villaggio sono collegati invece attraverso sentieri in pendenza, che rendono un po' più difficile raggiungere gli impianti.

Perfect!
The appartment is a perfect place for 2-6 persons, and Mirco is a very nice and funny host. You can enter the slopes just 5 mtrs. across the street. We had a wonderful time.

Great location - well-equipped!
We are a family of 6, and stayed in the downstairs apartment. The apartment was very well equipped for a family, and the bathroom spacious. The location was great, and the children could play outside, as the private road only led to some other chalets. The communication with the owner was great, and he sent us local ski rental prices and gave us some tips, which made everything go smoothly.

Very cosy cottage in excellent location
Cosy, spacious, clean and well equipped apartment in the ground floor of a 2 floor cottage. It is located directly next to the slope, so no car or bus is needed to enter the Carezza ski area. The kitchen offers everything you need, the bathroom is spacious with warm water even for 6 people. During our stay there was enough parking space for 2 cars in front of the house, with more cars the parking lot next to the church offers additional space.

Fantastica settimana bianca!!!!!
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana presso questo chalet io, mio marito e le mie due bambine di otto e cinque anni. Lo chalet e' davvero carino, caldo e confortevole. Dotato di ogni comfort (lavatrice, microonde , phon, spazio adibito per scarponi e attrezzatura sciistica, ecc...) , in tipico stile tirolese, vista sulle montagne, direttamente sulle piste che sono l'ideale per famiglie con bambini. Ci torneremo sicuramente !

semplicemente eccezionale!
Ho soggiornato al pian terreno di questa baita quest'estate con il mio fidanzato e il nostro cane, un pastore belga. La casa e' bellissima, spaziosa e molto ben attrezzata! La posizione e' assolutamente strategica: 5 minuti a piedi dalla seggiovia carezza e altrettanti dal mini market e dai piccoli ristorantini del paese. La consiglio a tutti e sicuramente ci tornero' per le prossime vacanze in Trentino!
