About this space
Fabulous 2BR duplex that is really an apartment but feels more like a house! Lots and lots of space to relax in and situated right beside tons of food options, coffee shops, bars and a Glider (fast bus) stop so you can be in the city centre in 7 minutes (or walk in 25).
Victoria Park very close by - great for runs/walk!
Perfect for families, friends, colleagues or anyone who wants to be very close to the action but retreat to your own sanctuary to relax.
Parking is free around the area.
The space
Location
Our apartment is located on the Upper Newtownards Road area of the city. It is in east Belfast and so benefits from its close proximity to the many, many restaurants and bars which are just a short walk away. This includes more local offerings as well as the bigger chains of Tim Hortons and Starbucks. It is also just on the fringes of the city centre so if you do want to head into the centre of Belfast or visit any of the city's attractions, you can jump on the glider (fast bus), take a cheap taxi, or simply walk.
The Space
The apartment has been beautifully refurbished with brand new plush and very comfortable furnishings. Relax in the open plan living room with comfy sofa and wall mounted TV, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, take a long hot shower or bath in the brand new bathroom suite after a full day sightseeing, or relax on the crisp white sheets on the incredibly soft beds upstairs. We also have two bathrooms for your convenience
Convenience
For your convenience, entry is via lockbox located just beside the door so you can arrive at any time after 3pm (Don't worry if you get held up!), free parking is available most of the day on the street just in front of the apartment, and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer that are free to use in case you are in the middle of a longer trip or need to do a quick clothes wash.
Relaxed
Finally, we want to be as accommodating as possible so although check in is after 3pm, please reach out the day before and we will accommodate an early check in if possible. Sorry but late checkouts are not possible.

Guests can access the entire apartment
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
