Fully furnished mediterranean duplex with 4 bedrooms and terrace located few steps from the beach. Beautiful sea view. Free parking spot in the building available.

THE SPACE:
This apartment is a lovely space for couples, families and business travelers. Do not miss the beautiful private terrace with views to the Mediterranean. The apartment is very spacious, modern, bright and ideally located. FREE PARKING SPOT and large garden with children playground located in the building complex, both included in the price.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in4 bedrooms:

All rooms are equipped with central AC for summer and central heating for winter. All the bedrooms have storage space.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Diagonal Mar neighborhood is the newest of all the Barcelona neighborhoods, and even though it's also the smallest, it packs a lot of swanky punch for its diminutive size. Diagonal Mar is perfect for people who want really modern living conditions, proximity to the beach, and the expensive views that many of the flats in these skyscrapers offer.

It's one of the most pleasant areas in the city. The area is sprawling with big parks and green spaces, excellent amenities, and just a jump away from the uncluttered tourist-free Levante Beach.

Terrific neighborhood

We really enjoyed the two weeks we spent in this apartment in Barcelona. The location is excellent. It's a block from the beach and about two miles from the Gothic Quarter. There are several good casual restaurants in the neighborhood. The subway stop is also nearby. The beds were very comfortable. Two of the bedrooms are pretty small. They probably are good for one person but not for a couple. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, but it can be challenging for more than two people to work in it at once. There is a lovely outdoor terrace that would be fantastic in warm weather. We did have some challenges with sufficient hot water for showering but the property management company sent someone promptly once we informed them of the issue.
