Cant fault this property great location great sun deck area 5 mins walk from town with variety of bars and restaurants and another 15 mins into cala dor itself The owner Francisco is first class just wish more property owners where like him Will definitely return

Convenient & comfortable

Fransisco is an excellent host and communicated with us from booking to personally welcoming us to the property, even providing us with personalised recommendations of the area. The property is conveniently located to shops and beach all within less than 10 minutes walk. Parking is also convenient. Quite location. It's a comfortable home with many features. Swimming pools and surroundings are very nice. I personally recommend and would like to return.

Sous le soleil de Majorque !

Super appartement avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour en famille sous le soleil de Majorque! (2 adultes + 2 ados). Les accès aux différentes piscines sont appréciables. L'hébergement est bien situé dans un quartier calme de Cala d'Or tout proche de la Cala Egos avec toutes les commodités nécessaires au séjour (superette, restaurants, plage). La marina est aussi 5 minutes à pied du lieu, idéale pour une balade du soir. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Francisco qui a su prendre son temps pour nous indiquer tous les joyaux a faire sur l'ile de Majorque ainsi que l'adresse de de très bons restaurants. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Nous recommandons cet hébergement pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Es waren sehr schöne Tage in Cala d'Or. Der Vermieter empfing uns am Anreisetag in der Unterkunft und zeigte uns alles persönlich. Außerdem gab er uns Tipps für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausflüge und Strandbesuche. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen! Es war alles vorhanden und bestens hergerichtet für unseren Aufenthalt. Die Anlage ist überragend. Sieben große Pools sind nutzbar. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub auf Mallorca bei Francisco!!!🏖️🌴 Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful stay in Cala d’or !!!!

Un super séjour à Cala d’or ! L’endroit est splendide, calme, bien entretenu. Idem pour l’appartement spacieux et très propre ! Appartement situé à 2 pas de 2 superbes plages, avec des restaurants à proximité et un supermarché ! Tout était parfait, je recommande pour des vacances en famille.

Séjour a Cala d'Or

Nous sommes ravis du logement proposé par Francisco. En séjour avec deux enfants, cet appartement était très agréable, confortable, pratique et offrait toutes les prestations pour passer de bonnes vacances. Je recommande sans hésiter ce logement dans une résidence charmante avec de belles piscines. Francisco est réactif et arrangeant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Super semaine à Majorque, entre mer et piscine. Nous avons trouvé un logement nickel dans une belle résidence a Cala d'or. Tout etait accessible à pied ou en bus. Séjour super!

Wohnung sehr gut auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen. Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Francisco war ein sehr toller Vermieter, hat sich sehr um die Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste gekümmert. Poolanlage sehr großzügig und gepflegt. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Super séjour

Francisco est un hôte formidable qui a le souci de ses locataires. Sympathiquement, il prend le temps de vous montrer sur une carte ( apportée à notre intention) les endroits de son île à visiter, à l'écoute de nos envies. L'appartement est très propre et spacieux, et c'est un vrai bonheur d'admirer les superbes couchers de soleil au solarium où nous avons pris nos repas le soir en ayant l'impression d'être seul au monde. Bref un super séjour !

Wunderschöne, saubere Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der Nähe zweier schönen Buchten, an denen man gut baden gehen kann. In der Anlage selbst gibt es verschiedene Pools, sogar einen kinderpool, in dem unser 1-jähriges Kind schon im Frühling baden gegangen ist. Einen Supermarkt, verschiedene Restaurants und einen Spielplatz gibt es direkt um die Ecke. Der Blick von der Dachterasse aber auch vom Balkon ist einzigartig. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Francisco war immer zu erreichen und beim Check-in und Check-out vor Ort und als es ein Problem gab, hat er sich sofort darum gekümmert und es gelöst. Außerdem hat er uns einige hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben und war super nett. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Schönes Appartement in ruhiger Anlage

Francisco ist ein netter aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war super. Das Appartement war für 2 Personen sehr gut und qualitativ (Pfannen/Töpfe) ausgestattet. Einziger Nachteil: Wir waren nach dem Winter wahrscheinlich die ersten Gäste, so war das Appartement etwas klamm. Trotz ständigem Lüften und Heizen bildeten sich an den Außenwänden Stockflecken. Bei einem Kurzbesuch beseitigte Francisco diese. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und wie beschrieben. Der Gastgeber ist Francisco,ein sehr netter symphatischer und hilfbereiter Gastgeber. Die Aussenanlage sowie die 7 Pools sind sehr gepflegt. Ich werde auf alle Fälle dort nochmal Urlaub machen.
