Delightful Salcombe house with panoramic views
An immaculate 4 bedroom 4 bath home nestled in a quiet residential road a short walk to the harbour and town center. Modern decor, a lovely kitchen/dining room with panoramic views. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 3 has bunk beds bottom bunk a small double.
Bedroom 4 is a self-contained annex with kitchen & bathroom. With its own private entrance, via the back garden, its perfect for Grandparents who might need a bit of room for themselves! Local shop steps from the front door.
The space
The main house comprises of 3 luxurious bedrooms all en-suite, with the 4th bedroom being a separate annex for grandparents or teenagers to have some space. The annex has its own private entrance from the back garden.
Off the kitchen there is a balcony with comfortable seating. Please note the main garden area is accessed through the back gate, the entrance to the annex is also here.
We are just a 5-10 minute walk into town and a 15-minute walk back up the hill home. With distant views of Dartmoor and the rolling hills of the South Hams, the perfect setting for a holiday.
The house is in a residential area so suited for families it’s NOT a party house, lovely neighbours live there year around. Please keep this in mind when booking.
