Snowdrop Cottage has been renovated to a very good standard throughout by the current owners retaining its original character and charm. In addition, there are a number of glorious walks right from your doorstep, including along the River Gwaun through the wooded valley, and the coastal path in both directions. There’s an old fort to the north with breath-taking views across the bay, as well as the Marine Walk, which skirts around the Fishguard coast. You’ll also have access to some of the 186 miles of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, passing golden sandy beaches, coves and dramatic coastline.
The rugged North Pembrokeshire coastline is perfect for the chance of spotting a dolphin or puffins with boat trips leaving regularly from nearby Cardigan. Inland, you may stumble across the majestic Cenarth Falls, which if you time it right in the autumn, you can see the salmon and sea trout leaping up the falls which really is a magnificent sight. The famous walled town of Tenby makes for a great day out, along with Wales’ largest theme park Oakwood, and Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo.
