Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee.

The living room, dining area, kitchen and a guest bedroom are located on the 1st floor.
The guest bedroom features two sets of full-size bunk beds with bedding to accommodate eight (8) children.

The kitchen is very spacious with lots of cabinetry for easy storage.
It is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils.
This kitchen has everything you need to prepare an unforgettable family meal.
The large dining room table, bar seating and outside patio seating provide plenty of areas for guests to enjoy a meal at the house.

This place is gorgeous.

This place is gorgeous. Great location and great back yard. Huge space with plenty of room for a large group. My ONLY complaint, the beds suck. Pretty springy and you can feel the springs in them. BESIDES that, this place is perfect. Would def stay again.
