Expérience médiocre

Nous avons choisi ce logement car les photos étaient attrayantes, et la situation était idéale.Cependant, le logement en lui-même n'était pas vraiment conforme aux photos : - mobilier abîmé- prise manquante dans la chambre- literie pas confortable- lit pliant dans la seconde chambre laisse à désirer- propreté à revoir- tâches d'humidité, odeur d'humidité, rance dans l'appartement- pas de couettes pour faire les lits, nous avons dû en acheter nous-mêmes- pas de papier WC prévu à l'arrivée, alors que généralement on laisse un rouleau pour les nouveaux arrivantsPour finir, nous avons dû payer 70euros pour les charges, alors que nous n'avons pas mis de chauffage, et n'avons pas cuisiné.Nous n'avons occupé le logement que pour dormir et prendre notre douche. Nous n'étions dans l'appartement que de minuit à environ 8-9 heures le matin.

Wir sind nach einer Nacht wieder ausgezogen. Die Wohnung war feucht und muffig. Wir haben kaum geschlafen. Nie wieder. Das Geld war zum Fenster rausgeschmissen. Der Concierge hatte bei der Anreise zum vereinbarten Termin eine Stunde Verspätung.

Appréciations

Les pièces sont très bien distribuées. L'installation électrique est assez folklorique.. mais on finit par s' y faire. La météo "variée" nous a fait découvrir un agréable bien-être, même quand le ciel est gris. Le château d'Hardelot est une "petite merveille"...à bien conserver et entretenir. N.B. l'appartement est bien en rez de jardin mais pas au RDC de la... chaussée.(penser aux personnes qui ont une arthrose à la suite d'une entorse...mal soignée, qui ont du mal à monter des escaliers) Comportement du concierge très correct.

Parfait mais ….

Excellent séjour, appartement et équipements vraiment au top , mais ….. QUEL DOMMAGE : canapé lit avec 2 lattes manquantes et une cassée !!! Mal dormir 4 jours quand on est en vacances pour se reposer (dans un appartement au demeurant génial) , c’est vraiment la fausse note … Alors sincèrement : avec un nouveau convertible ,je mets 20/20 à cet appartement ! Mais changer le canapé est indispensable.

L’appartement est bien situé,le couloir sent le rance ainsi que l’appartement mal aéré.On a payé 80€ pour l’électricité et l’eau on était même pas là.L’électricité est à refaire, il y a des disfonctionnements

Attention

Sur l'annonce il n'est indiqué nul part que vous avez des charges à payer en plus du montant de la location. Il n'y à pas de place de parking réservée, comme nous pourrions croire en lisant cette annonce. Bref nous avons passer une semaine en se demandant ce qui allait arriver en plus à la fin du bail. De plus vous aurez à faire à un service de conciergerie qui prends 5 minutes chrono à l'arrivée et au départ et aucuns renseignements sur ce qu'il pourrait y avoir à faire à proximité et vous ne verrez pas le propriétaire. Je ne le recommande absolument pas.

Bel appartement, mais quelques défauts malgré tout.

Bel appartement bien agencé, une grande chambre parentale, un séjour agréable, et une salle de bain pratique avec une grande douche de plein pied, situé à 150m de la plage accessible à pied. Très grande gentillesse et disponibilité du concierge qui gère la location. Ce qui ne va pas: Appartement non accessible aux PMR, deux volées d'escaliers assez raides pour atteindre l'appartement; porte du four dans la cuisine "déglinguée"; fuite d'eau du lavabo de salle de bain; manque de pression d'eau dans la belle douche bien pratique...

Un appartement très agréable et proche de la mer

Un appartement très bien aménagé et décoré, une cuisine fonctionnelle, une grande pièce à vivre, des chambres et une SDB spacieuse. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au calme, à 10 min à peine de la mer.

A well appointed ground floor flat. Plenty of space for the two of us. Spacious and well equipped. Very close to the beach and a short walk from the centre of Hardelot. No wifi. Weren't expecting to have to pay a €300 deposit on arrival. Utilities are on top of the rental price and are payable at the end of the stay in cash. Having said all that, we would go back due to location and amenities.
