Perfect location

Really great apartment, and prefect as its 15mins away from anything we needed while there. Would happily book again. Pool area was kept very clean as well

Great for families with beautiful garden

Good communication and very friendly owner. The apartment ist located on the ground floor and very spacious. The owner is living upstairs in another apartment and very quick in responding to any questions. Lovely pool area which is shared with guests from other apartments, it was great for the kids!

Très bon logement

Logement très grand et bien placé. La route est très proche et l'accès piscine n'est pas simple. Le propriétaire est très gentil et serviable.

Mitigé

L’extérieur (jardin et piscine) vend du rêve. La réalité globale est tout autre. L’appartement longe une route très passante. La chambre est au niveau d’un feu tricolore ce qui occasionne beaucoup de bruits (freinage, dérapages). Les nuit ne sont pas de tout repos. Malgré les fenêtres fermées et la clim. Le bruit est insupportable. Les meubles sont veillots, à moitié cassés. L’appartement est extrêmement sombre. Manque d’ustensiles… De plus, pour accéder à la piscine et au jardin il faut passer une 1ere porte puis monter un escalier en colimaçon, traverser la maison du propriétaire, repasser par une porte. Tout un périple. Pas pratique pour manger sur la terrasse. Une kitchenette nous a été mis à disposition à côté de la terrasse (car le lave vaisselle de l’appartement était rn panne) mais sans électricité. En contraste, le jardin et magnifique. Heureusement ça compense un peu. Toutefois il est à partager avec 2 autres locataires, ce qui n’est pas indiqué dans l’annonce. Bref, avis très très mitigé.

Mon avis sur la location logement grande surface, mais équipement au niveau de la cuisine très insuffisant,pas couteaux fonctionnels pas de petites cuillères.obliger d'allumer la lumière la journée car volets bloquer mais le plus gros souci le bruit devant on ne peu pas se garer devant la porte au le bouquet si on veut profiter du barbecue et la piscine il faut passer chez le propriétaire pour y accéder il faut utiliser un escalier en colimaçon avec la vaisselle sais pas cool très compliquer autrement l'accès au jardin super bien entretenue.

Het verblijf was goed en ruim. Alleen als je aan de straat kant zit hoor je het verkeer langs razen en dat vonden wij een min punt ook de tafelstoelen zijn toe aan vervanging. De oprit is fantastisch ook de tuin met zwembad is perfect onderhouden en het is heerlijk om daar te zitten. Op een kleine 200 meter heb je een bakker zitten die 24 uur open is dus je kan altijd brood of gebak halen. Wij vinden het zeker een aanrader.

Très belle propriété

Très jolie propriété avec piscine et jardin paradisiaque. Il faut juste préciser que pour accéder au jardin et à la piscine de l appartement ,il est nécessaire de monter un escalier en colimaçon et passer chez le propriétaire. Cela ne nous a pas posé de problème car il y a une cuisine extérieure où nous mangions. Cependant pour les familles avec enfants en bas age c'est un détail important . La propriété est bien placée, voiture obligatoire par contre. Une boulangerie excellente est accessible à 3 minutes à pied . Nous avons passé de superbes vacances .

Férias de 5 estrelas

Passámos 2 semanas muito tranquilas. O proprietário estava sempre acessível e foi muito atencioso. O apartamento corresponde ao anúncio e é muito agradável. Na partilha da piscina foi respeitado a distanciamento social. Para o acesso à piscina é preciso subir ao andar de superior por uma escada em caracol. Não foi um problema para nós mas pode ser difícil para pessoas com dificuldades de mobilidade. Há outro acesso sem escada mas é mais longo.

Bonne situation pour se reposer mais il faut apporter quelques précisions non mentionnées sur le descriptif: pour l'appartement, il se situe au niveau de la route à un feu tricolore ce qui est très bruyant la nuit. Il est au niveau -1 par rapport au fabuleux jardin, le niveau 0 étant occupé par le propriétaire. Ce dernier se réservant le droit de faire une soirée avec ses amis sans avoir la délicatesse de vous prévenir ce qui ressemble à de l'impolitesse d'autant que cela se fait sur la partie locative réservée. Ceci dit le logement est grand avec tout le nécessaire.

Fijn appartement in mooie tuin

Mooi en ruim appartement. Lekker koel ook! Wat we vooraf niet wisten was dat de eigenaar in hetzelfde huis woont. Daar hou je onwillekeurig dan toch rekening mee. Niettemin genoten van dit fraaie en ruime onderkomen, de mooie tuin, het zwembad en niet te vergeten de rust die je nog meer waardeert na het rondstappen in Albufeira!

Idéal pour des vacances en famille

Logement propre et confortable et en plus très frais quand la température extérieure dépasse 35°C. Beaucoup d'équipements , même une seconde cuisine d'extérieur, une douche et des toilettes privées à proximité de la piscine. Extérieurs très bien entretenus et piscine magnifique Localisation idéale pour la plage ou visiter les autres villes de l'Algarve Humberto est très gentil et accueillant.
