Two-storey villa with two double bedrooms, renovated at the end of 2023. Two newly renovated bathrooms with windows (end of 2023). One bedroom has access to the garden with a view of Tavolara.
Living room with sofa, open kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, induction hob and fridge complete with freezer. The living room leads to the veranda with spectacular views of Tavolara with wrought iron table, chairs and sofa. The house is equipped with free Wi-fi, air conditioning and heat pump, new in August 2024, in all rooms. Mosquito nets in all rooms. Safe available for guests. Laundry room with washing machine, new (8/2024), Barbecue. Supermarkets, pharmacy, bank in the immediate vicinity. Spectacular beaches just a few minutes away by car: Porto Taverna, Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, La Corallina, La Cinta, Cala Girgolu. Possibility of diving in the Tavolara marine park. Own parking, in front of the entrance gate. One pet allowed. Self check-in. Complete new linen provided to guests.
