Arc House offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a luxury, fisherman-cottage-style home, situated on a generous property in Hermanus. This holiday home is close to Hermanus Golf Course and the Fernkloof Nature Reserve, and guests can enjoy mountain views from the property. Easy access to the nearby mountain trails for hiking and swimming in the dams, makes this location perfect for outdoor guests loving the peace and quiet of nature.

The architecturally designed house comprises 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 guests. The main bedroom is upstairs and contains a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom is upstairs and contains a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and has access to a separate bathroom with a bath and shower.

The fourth and fifth en-suite bedrooms are in the guest cottage with a double bed and three-quarter bed, respectively. One of the bathrooms has a shower and bath and the other has a shower only.

The house comprises an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, as well as a separate TV lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, built-in cappuccino machine and cleaning materials. There is also a laundry equipped with a washing machine and tumble-dryer.

The house features a lap pool, a stocked wine cellar, a TV with selected DSTV channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube, Bluetooth connectivity to discoverable devices, DVD player, a CD player, games, and toiletries, as well as an outdoor sitting area, outdoor dining, braai facilities, a large private garden, shady areas for relaxation and reading, and parking for guests. Reliable WiFi and a study allow for longer stays and work-from-home opportunities.
