Immaculate contemporary farm conversion

This is an immculate converted stables and granary building. The renovation is fresh, with nice upgrades - radiant heat, nice appliances, motorized blinds. The layout of the bedrooms and baths is optimal, with each bedroom having an ensuite (two of the bedrooms have a shower; the third bedroom has a tub only). There is a beauitul courtyard shared with another unit. The two units do not otherwise share any common space or walls. The property feels very rural, but is just a few hundred yards drive off a residential street. There is an upmarket (Whole Foods-type) grocery store one block away, and the drive into Rye is less than 10 minutes.
