A very nice place in Toscana

Very good stay. Nice apartment with the air conditioning. The homeowners are very friendly and attentive. Moreover the area is very beautiful and surrounded with olive trees. It's a very calm place where you relax for holidays. We would like to come back soon.

Tout s’est très bien passé , l’appartement est très fonctionnel avec un jardin commun très au calme. L’accueil d’Alessandro est parfait et il partage les bons plans. Lui et sa famille sont disponibles en cas de soucis et sont très réactifs. L’endroit est très entretenu ce qui rend le séjour agréable. Pour des vacances au calme en famille c’est parfait !

alloggio molto pulito e funzionale, materasso molto comodo, giardino super curato davvero piacevole. Cortile protetto da barriera elettrica con chiave. Auto parcheggiata sotto gli ulivi all'ombra. Ospite molto accogliente e disponibile, molto cordiale, al top!! Vicino a 2 km da un supermercato Conad, distributore di benzina... corsia veloce per spostarsi. Un treno molto pratico a pochi chilometri per andare ad esempio a PISA e non costoso. Spiagge di sabbia molto grandi e belle a pochi km dalla struttura. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Der große Garten und die schattigen Parkplätze und den Olivenbäumen sind super. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Einfach wunderbar!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig umgeben von Olivenbäumen in einer tollen Landschaft, und dennoch nur wenige Minuten vom herrlichen Strand entfernt. Zum Abschalten genau der richtige Ort. Alessandro hilft bei Fragen sofort weiter und gibt super Tipps wo man etwas unternehmen kann, oder auch wo es die beste Pizza gibt. 😃 Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen!

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Als Familie mit zwei Kindern haben wir eine sehr schöne Zeit verbringen können: Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr freundlich und sympathisch, der Kontakt mit Ihnen war sehr angenehm, sie haben immer schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Der Garten und auch die Wohnung sind toll: sehr sauber, viel Platz, gute Ausstattung. Die Ferienwohnung liegt traumhaft: nah zum Strand und doch abgelegen und weg vom Trubel. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Casa vacanza appartata a poca distanza dal mare.

Appartamento arredato in modo essenziale ma completo di tutto, compresi due condizionatori. Materassi molto comodi. Spazio esterno godibilissimo, con prato ombreggiato, in comune con gli altri affittuari del complesso. La casa è in piena campagna fra gli ulivi, in posizione molto tranquilla e a pochi Km dalla spiaggia. I proprietari sono cordiali e disponibili, ma in realtà non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema.

Tutto Perfetto!!

Siamo stati purtroppo solo quindici giorni nei quali abbiamo potuto assaporare una vacanza perfetta sotto tutti i punti di vista. All’arrivo Alessandro ci ha accolto dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie e in appartamento ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di olio molto buono di loro produzione. L’appartamento che ci aveva riservato era pulita ordinata con mobili e elettrodomestici nuovi. Il podere si trova appena fuori dal centro abitato di Donoratico immersa tra gli Uliveti lontano dal caos dal traffico e da tutte le problematiche connesse alla città. Inoltre il Podere è dotato di uno splendido e curatissimo giardino dove è stato possibile rilassarsi giocare e fare pranzi sotto l’enorme pino marittimo che ci ha donato pinoli a volontà e protetto dal sole. Lo consiglio a tutte le persone che hanno il desiderio di staccare la spina dalla routine e ha tutte le famiglie con bimbi piccoli. Ringrazio Alessandro per l’ospitalità. Adolfo

Per noi che amiamo la tranquillità e la bicicletta, il podere Daini è stato proprio una soluzione otttimale!!! Abbiamo trovato un' appartamento ordinato, pulito e con tutti i confort. Lo consigliamo vivamente!!!!

luogo incantevole in contesto naturale e sereno

abbiamo soggiornato nell' appartamento b, dotato di aria condizionata, camere confortevoli, bagno e cucina. l'affaccio sul giardino è incantevole e il portico da la possibilità di mangiare fuori e al tempo stesso al riparo. proprietari gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. se automuniti si ha la possibilità di raggiungere comodamente il mare e i centri storici dell'entroterra. è già il secondo anno che ci torniamo e riconfermiamo la nostra soddisfazione. arianna

Ottima casa vacanza a pochi minuti dal mare

Io e mia moglie cercavamo, tramite internet,una casa vacanza in quella zona e la scelta del Podere I Daini è stata azzeccatissima. Dal primo contatto abbiamo trovato disponibilità e chiarezza da parte del proprietario, tutte le informazioni che ci ha dato, foto e descrizione nell'inserzione del Podere hanno trovato perfetto riscontro al nostro arrivo. Immobile in perfetto ordine, pulito, puntualità del proprietario. Consiglio questo Podere a chi vuole alloggiare in una località tranquilla ma a pochi minuti dal mare e da tutti i servizi. Una miglioria della struttura sarebbe una piscina.

Il podere è immerso nella campagna con un bel giardino ombreggiato e recintato in cui giocare e mangiare. Silenzioso con un bel panorama e possibilità di belle passeggiate in bicicletta verso la collina e il mare. Pulito con lavatrice e spazio in cui stendere. Unico disagio: manca un percorso ciclabile per il mare adatto ai bambini.

2 weeks of sun and sea (and food and ice creams)

Two weeks of sun sun sun and sea. The property is located in the Tuscany countryside, only a few (literally a few) minutes drive from the sea (Marina di Castagneto Carducci). The flat we rented is on the ground floor of a 2 storey house. Two generously sized bedrooms (1 twin for the kids and 1 double), bathroom, kitchen (with a gas cooker, oven and a fridge/freezer) and a utility room with a washing machine. The flat has air-con, a god-sent when the temperatures reach 35+ Celsius during the day, and stay above 28C during the night. The flat is really quiet (no windows on the road side of the house, but the road is barely used anyway). There is a spacious garden right outside the front door of the flat. Given the location a car is a must (but once there a bicycle will do the job just fine). The shops are 4 minutes away in Donoratico (another village). As for restaurants, well, Marina di Castagneto has Ice-cream shops, bars, a very very good and inexpensive bakery/pizzeria. A very nice and affordable fish restaurant is at "Bagni Santa Lucia" (a privately run beach resort), and it is well worth a visit. Florence, Volterra, Siena, are all easily reachable (if you can get off the beach that is). One should note that Marina di Castagneto is quite small, and after 8am finding a free parking space may be hard. The pineta (near "il Cavallino Matto") is a good place to park (but quite a walk away from the beach). We were early birds, and always managed to get a free parking space, in the shade, in a street named "via Siena". Alessandro and his family were incredibly helpful, and gave us a lot of information on where to go and when. Definitely recommended.

Siamo contenti di aver passato una settimana in questo podere, a pochi minuti di macchina dal mare e dai principali servizi.. L'appartamento si è rivelato confortevole, funzionale e pulito; la dotazione presente nell'area verde ci ha consentito di passare momenti di vero relax.

ottima scelta

Una vacanza molto bella in un angolo della toscana che non conoscevo...Dunque cominciamo dai proprietari veramente molto cortesi e disponibili. la casa immersa nel verde ma comunque vicina al mare corrispondeva esattamente a quanto riportato nel sito , pulita e in ottimo stato.. da consigliare e infatti già l'ho fatto con alcuni amici
