Kinloch Rannoch is a small highland village set in an area of outstanding beauty overlooking Loch Rannoch, the area is surrounded by high hills and one of the last remnants of the old Caledonian pine forests, there is an abundance of wildlife including Red Squirrels that can often be seen scampering around the gardens, Pine Martin, Golden Eagles, Osprey, Red Deer and Otters, There are several munro's in the area including Schiehallion as well as plenty of easier low level walks.
