Close to Vatican

Alberto was the perfect host. Was available when needed. Home is very comfortable with modern kitchen and bathroom. Very secure and quiet. Walking distance to all major sites. Book your tours early.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location!

The apartment is exactly as advertised and simply marvelous! In fact, the pictures actually do not do it justice. If you are considering booking just do it! You will not be disappointed. The apartment has been lovingly restored with all modern amenities while still keeping its historical Roman charm. The location is perfect to visit all of the best attractions in Rome while at same time being in a quiet, safe, and beautiful neighborhood. Hi ceilings, beautiful artwork, a wonderful, rustic but modern kitchen and bathroom are highlights. The marble floors and beautiful chandeliers and super comfy beds made our stay perfect. While the apartment is fabulous what really made our stay so enjoyable was our host, Alberto! He went out of his way to make our visit incredible. His recommendations for restaurants were all wonderful! I cannot say enough about how great this place and host is. Probably the best VRBO stay we have ever had. If we are ever in Rome again I we will definitely try to stay again. Thanks again Alberto for everything!

Excellent lodging

We stayed eight nights in this great apartment. The location is excellent: quiet street just minutes from St. Peter’s and a 10-minute walk to Piazza Navona. Lots of restaurants nearby.Highly recommend for a family with two kids willing to share a double bed. Alberto is a wonderful host.One added bonus: Apartment is very near a bus stop for an airport shuttle. Much better than taking train.

Great base for sightseeing and Super host

The apartment is very well located close to The Vatican and is a great base for sightseeing many of Rome’s attractions. There are also many amazing restaurants within close proximity. The host Alberto is fantastic and took time to welcome us personally and make restaurant recommendations and bookings for us. He went out of his way to answer any questions we had throughout our stay.

Appartement très luxueux, propre rénové dans les dernières années et très bien organisé autant la cuisine que la salle de bain. Les lits sont dans le plus grand confort et la literie haute gamme autant les draps que les oreillers et couette.Très propre et des matériaux neufs. Le proprio était présent à notre arrivée et très généreux d'informations à nous transmettre et très utiles tout au cours de notre séjour. Bien localisé, tout autour et se faisant à pied, magasins, resto, lieux à visiter quartier plutôt tranquille. Un arrêt de bus à proximité pour aller à l'aéroport. Ascenseur dans l'immeuble fort apprécié.

Best location and greatest Host.

Firstly, location, location, location. Your not going to find a better location. Secondly, Alberto is the greatest Host. He makes you feel like family and will do anything to make your stay perfect. I do not speak Italian and Alberto was willing to make reservations and do whatever he could to make my stay in Rome wonderful.

Beautiful place to stay.

My husband out 1.5yr old and my in laws stayed here for only 2 nights but it was the perfect spot for us. The apartment is beautiful and in a PERFECT location. It’s calmer than being right in the middle of Rome, there are tons of amazing places to eat and explore just outside your door. Alberto was an amazing host. He is extremely helpful and had great suggestions for places to go and things to see. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Prati di Borgo-You Must Stay Here

This is a beautiful apartment with marble floors, quiet, safe building, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Our host Alberto is very fine man. He is outgoing, available and helpful. He is like family. You will not find a better host. We loved our stay there and will come back there again,some day. The apartment is located in a nice area, close to the Vatican, restaurants and shops.

Perfection in Prati

Lovely, clean, and well appointed apartment in excellent location. And, if the smart apartment wasn't enough - our host, Alberto, and the building doorman, Marco, were the kindest and most thoughtful hosts we met during our 10 day journey around Italy. This will be our go to apartment if we are able to make the trip again. The neighborhood is fantastic and the restaurant recommendations were perfect. My only regret is that we were not able to spend more time.

We would give 10 stars if it was an option! Alberto is an amazing and gracious host. His communication was incredible, leaving no details untouched. Perfect Roman Apartment

Prati di Borgo exceeded my expectations. Not only was the apartment clean, well appointed and beautiful, Alberto was the most helpful and attentive host I have ever met. From before booking and my many questions to our early morning check-out, Alberto took a sincere interest in making our vacation perfect. The apartment is well appointed and remodeled to current standards in a nice, safe building, and located in a quiet, centrally located area. Alberto provided tour contacts, connected us with a driver, and was spot-on with several restaurant recommendations. Everything was perfect and I can’t wait to return for another Roman holiday at Prati di Borgo!

Perfect vacation

The apartment is in a fantastic part of town. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Vatican. The apartment is gorgeous and our host, Alberto, was very attentive. He made it feel like a 5 star hotel. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip back to Rome. Thank you Alberto!

The absolute best stay in Rome!

This property is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and easy walking distance to some of the top spots in Rome (the Vatican, St Peters Basilica and Castillo St Angelo) are within 10 minutes walking distance. All of that is wonderful but what makes this property the BEST is the owner, Alberto. Such a kind, attentive and caring host! He stayed in constant communication to be sure we arrived okay, that we were comfortable in our stay and provided fantastic dining recommendations. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. We will absolutely be back!
