Welcome To Breakwater Bungalow

This ground floor Golf Villa located on the 13th Fairway features recently renovated Bedrooms, Kitchen, and Living areas. The Hall Bathroom has just been completely renovated with new vanity, tub, tile, and flooring. Stainless appliances in the Kitchen, new tile backsplash and countertops, freshly painted cabinets and recessed lighting. The Master Bedroom has new King furniture as well as new paint, new carpet and new ceiling fan. The Guest Bedroom has two new Twin beds, new carpet, new paint and new ceiling fan. The Living Room has brand new furniture including a Queen size fold out sleeper sofa, new tile flooring, and new paint. New Dining Room table and lighting. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Sorry, pets are currently not allowed. Washer and Dryer are located just outside the door in the Breezeway. Only steps to the swimming pool and pickle ball/tennis courts and a short walk (4/10ths of a mile) to the beach access adjacent to the Whale's Tail Restaurant. The Resort features over 2,000 feet of full-service beach, watersports, and many other beach amenities. An 18 hole championship golf course, numerous tennis courts and a basketball court are among the resort amenities. Located between Destin and 30A, there are many excellent dining options close by as well as shopping and other entertainment possibilities. Week Stay

We were on family vacation and enjoyed our stay very much, beach is really close, pool is nice and pickleball courts are fun, overall a nice place to stay at. Only thing would be the washers and dryers being outside the room, it would be great to be able and have easier access inside!

Clean and relaxing

The condo was very clean, convenient to the pool and relaxing. My friends and I would definitely stay there again. We walked to the beach a few times and drove the short distance at other times (we’re in our 70’s)!

Great location!

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to Henderson State Park where we spent quite a bit of our time. There is a pool about 40 feet from the property door, which was great! We saw fireworks at both Destin Commons (7/3) and at the Destin Boardwalk (7/4). Our favorite excursion was with Beach Weekend in Fort Walton. Saw sharks and dolphins and got to snorkel too! Great vacation

Family yearly vacation

We stay in seascape every year! We have a group of about 60 that all stay in seascape. Condo was great and clean. Owners kept in contact and everything was updated. Only thing I personally didnt like was having someone upstairs and I worried constantly about teenage girls being too loud. ( usually stay in tennis villas with no one above us.) Also absolutely no smoking on property at this condo, so husband had to go for a walk everytime instead of just smoking on patio.

Seascape 2024

We loved our stay at this condo. This is our second year staying here. The only complaint is the washer and dryer outside of the unit. I want to be able to put my laundry in when we come back from the beach, while we are getting ready for dinner or at night before we go to bed. With the washer and dryer outside of the unit, you have to be able to stay while it is washing and drying. I don’t want to waste that much time. Also other people in the same complex have the same plan and want to use it. The big hallway closet would make a nice place for a washer and dryer. We would still stay here again because we love the complex.

Great location!

Location was perfect. Several towels were dirty or stained some with mascara and lipstick, didnt look like they had been washed. Only had one kitchen towel. No wash clothes in master bath. When inquired, received 4 washrags I could read a newspaper through. Minimal kitchen supplies and very worn. Beds were satisfactory.

Calm oasis just a short walk from the beach

The condo was on the golf course area of the nice Seascape resort, so our stay was away from any crowds. The nice sized pool was steps outside the front door and the rear porch was a nice quiet place for a cup of coffee. Inside the place was nice. The beds were soft and we all slept well. You won’t be sorry staying here! Lastly the internet speeds were amazing!

Beautiful stay in Destin

The place was better than pictures!! The owner was easy to communicate with and sent out pertinent information ahead of the trip and was extremely friendly. The location was in a perfect area and was quiet at night. Minutes to walk to the beach (or drive). The mattress in the master bedroom was absolute heaven and I wish we checked the information for it lol. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Home-away-from-home for a family reunion

Our family of four stayed at Seascape for a vacation and large family reunion. Our condominium was a lovely and quiet space to return to each day. The decor has a charming modern beach theme with light colors and comfortable furniture. The entire condo was clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed in the kitchen and baths for our stay. We really loved the patio overlooking the golf course, especially the porch swing and Adirondack chairs. We look forward to returning again in the future!
