Very Nice, Ideally Located, 3 Bedroom Apartment in Wollerau

A 3 bedroom in Wilen bei Wollerau. Bedroom 1 is a king bed. Bedroom 2 is a king-sized bed. Bedroom 3 has one single bed. 1 full bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC and another ½ bathroom with WC. There is a large living room with 2 sofas, bureau, coffee table, very large flat screen TV, Printer/Copier/Scanner and High Speed Internet. The patio has a dining table, 4 chairs and a barbecue. We have a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that seats 6 persons. The Wilen train station is walking distance. We have a large Laundry Room and storage. Indoor parking and a Plug-In Hybrid SUV available for rent. Our neighborhood is in a quiet residential area called Wollerau. The swimming park is a 4 minute drive away. There is a large shopping mall in Paffikon which is a 5 minute drive away. The mall has numerous shops, cafes, restaurants etc . You can drive up to Klosters in one hour if you feel like going up for a ski. You can also reach the beautiful town of Rapperswil by car in 10 minutes. From Rapperswill you can have a great day out by taking a great boat ride all the way to Zurich and having lunch on the boat! Lake Zurich can be reached by walking or by car. There are 2 shops and a gas station a 2 minute drive or fifteen minute walk from the flat. The Wilen train station is a five minute walk away and the bus stop is across the street.

The best stay I've had in Switzerland

The property was exactly as advertised and then some a great host to work with ,very clean and well taken care of property.The host went over and above and provided excellent service in all ways.
