We had a lovely weekend. The house was clean and the location was great. Very close to Traverse City. I appreciate how well equipped the house was with all the amenities.
Evergreen Cottage was beautiful, sparkling clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and cheerful and went out of her way to help us. We had an excellent experience.
We had an amazing stay at this cozy home! The location is perfect. It’s nestled in a peaceful, private area, which gave us the feeling of being away from it all, yet it was only a short and easy drive into town. The house itself is ideal for groups, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like home, and we loved spending time both indoors and outside by the bonfire. Would love to stay here again.
We loved this spacious, spotless, and beautiful cottage! It is a great location between Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. The host had great communication with me. The layout is perfect for a big family, and the downstairs rec area was super. Lovely decor, quiet road, and a beautiful patio all added up to a great stay for us. We also loved Lake Ann town. Cute coffee shop and microbrewery.
This was our third stay at this wonderful house that has become a home away from home when we are vacationing in Michigan. We have had a very good and consistent experience over four years and three stays. Teresa is a good communicator and has been very easy to work with! It probably goes without saying at this point, but we will be staying here again.
Family gathered from Virginia and Indiana for Interlochen Center for the Arts graduation the
The house comfortably accommodated 13 people the two oldest are 78 and the two youngest are 9. The kitchen was well equipped and the fire pit was a hit! The house was chosen mainly for its location. It is reasonable distances from Interlochen-Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes
We had such a great getaway. Location was great and the house was perfect for our group. Basement was such a fun spot, backyard was glorious. Would love to go back!
This was a wonderful place to stay for a group of ten. Very clean. Loved that it had 3 bathrooms too. Just the right distance to TVC and the Leelanau. Would recommend this place to anyone!!!
We stayed here the night before and after the sleeping bear dune marathon. It was an awesome space to have in between. It was very clean, check in/out was easy and we loved the privacy was great. Thank you!
This house is absolutely perfect for a wonderful Michigan vacation. We all enjoyed the space and coziness of the house. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We would love to come back again!!
The property was very nice. Clean and had everything you could need. Outside grill, firepit and lounge in the garage. Good value. Would definitely stay another time.
We absolutely loved this home. It was very clean and well equipped for all of our needs. We would most definitely stay at this home again. Loved the garage area with wicker furniture and picnic table. All in all just a wonderful home.
We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this home- truly spotless! Also appreciated the extra kitchen items to prepare food, and wash dishes and clothes as needed. It is a wonderfully private setting yet very easy to explore Sleeping Bear/Glen Arbor/Traverse City. The Lake Ann Grocery is very close by and has most anything you might need. Great Stay!
The property was very comfortable and well stocked and a 15-20 minute drive to most everything we wanted to do. The owner was so nice and very responsive to our questions. Beautiful and peaceful!
My kids and I had a great time here. It’s centrally located between Traverse, Glen Arbor, and Sutttons Bay. Nice and relaxing after a day of shopping and eating in town.
House is clean and updated. Love all the windows. We will be back! 😊
We took our daughter and her two girls on a family vacation. Visited a number of areas and had a great time. House was perfect for the 5 of us and well done. Out in the country so quiet and nice surroundings. The trade off is that you have to be prepared to drive a bit to get anywhere. We would definitely stay again.
The property was perfect and very clean. Had the space and perfect amount of bathrooms. Stocked pretty well. The fire pit outside was perfect along with the weather we had. Looking forward to next year.
The property was close to Sleeping Bear National Park, but away from all the traffic. Very quite and peaceful. The house looked practically new. We were close to Traverse City and enjoyed a longer trip to Mackinaw Island. We were traveling and used the house as a base at night. Great place!!!
