For gatherings, there is a roof terrace on the first floor, with a BBQ, wooden table, and chairs, for those who enjoy al fresco dining.

This house can accommodate a total of five guests: on the first floor is the master bedroom, which is decorated in French antique furniture, and an ensuite bathroom, with a roll-top bath, and original Victorian fittings (the shower is ornamental and not functional); on the second floor are a further two bedrooms - a double and single bedroom with vintage beds and furniture – and a large walk-in shower.

Located in the Diamond Conservation area, Tennyson Street is within walking distance of Battersea Park with its Victorian bandstand, river views and peace pagoda. Both Queenstown Road and Battersea Park train stations are within walking distance – there is a regular service into both Victoria and Waterloo. The London Overground at Wandsworth Road Station is also within walking distance and the 137 bus route runs over Chelsea Bridge to Sloane Square, Knightsbridge and the West End.
