The studio, once transformed into a 1-bedroom apartment, despite its small size, comfortably accommodates up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The stone bed with a comfortable mattress on the terrace is rightly the most romantic corner of this apartment. Sunsets or sunrises, with a book or a glass of wine, in any setting here you will be happy!

The small bedroom is located between the living room and the kitchen. The idea of the previous owners was to assign a space exclusively for sleeping even in a small space, because when in the studio one wants to sleep and the other wants to watch TV, without a separate sleeping place each of them would feel uncomfortable. We decided to keep this idea for the time being, as in practice we notice that it is convenient for guests, plus the apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. The spacious bathroom was recently renovated with the installation of new plumbing. The sofa bed in the living room measures 130*190 cm.

Parque Royal complex is situated 250 m (5 min walk) from the sandy Fañabé beach. Within 500 m from the complex, you will find everything you may need on vacation: Gran Sur mall, Mercadona hypermarket, cinema, pharmacy, banks, bus stop, several free surface parking, promenades, restaurants, bars, and many kilometers of promenade connecting the coast from the town of Los Cristianos to La Caleta.

This apartment will be a good fit if you:

work remotely (we have high-speed unlimited internet access)
travel with children (the complex has spacious elevators, it’s easy to move with a stroller + we have absolutely everything for children from cribs to a set of toys)
travel with a group (there are enough Canary sunsets on the terrace for everybody)
travel alone (also a great time in your life)
travel with a pet (we love pets, and we have a bed and bowls for them)
This apartment will NOT be a good fit if you:

are planning a party (unfortunately, they are forbidden here)
want to smoke in bed (smoking is only allowed on the terrace)
travel with more than 4 people (this apartment can only accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children)
don't like order (yes, cleanliness and respect for our home is a prerequisite for your stay)
