The apartment includes a great breakfast buffet in our restaurant and is located in the heart of Madrid, in a privileged location just a few minutes from Gran Via. It is located on the third floor and the building does not have an elevator.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed each, air conditioning, heating, TV, 1 modern and spacious bathroom, equipped with towels and personal hygiene products. You also have a sofa bed in the living room area.

In the kitchen you will find the necessary equipment for 5 people: refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, microwave, crockery and table and kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker and sandwich maker; It also has a dining area. All the comfort to be at home.

Ask for a baby cradle or high chair for your baby should you need it.

It is strictly forbidden to use the accommodation and facilities for parties, events or any other noise that disturbs the good coexistence and rest with other neighbors and guests of the building.

Check out time is 11AM.
We offer you a luggage storage service at our premises during office opening hours, being the cost of the service 3€/piece.
