Capacity for 6 people. Suite with double bed, bathroom and small private terrace. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Main bathroom. Family holiday

This was a fabulous villa , with mature landscape garden the pool was spotless clean with plenty of outside furniture to relax and enjoy, inside was cool and relaxing, a well equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms with plenty of storage space 1 un-suite and and large bathroom, there is also a great bbq area beside the pool ... Fabulous sea views from the roof top terrace ... Thank you Theresa for this wonderful family experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in this area .... Excellent 👍👍👍

Villa agréable, quelques problèmes avec les portes fenêtres et volets, ombres d'arbres sur la piscine empêchant son réchauffement, gazinière à renouveler(trop ancien et tout gaz); Vaisselle de cuisson à remplacer. WC bouchés en début de séjour. Résolu sous 2 heures, bonne réaction de Véronica.

Maison agréable et bien située.

Bonne surprise avec ménage intermédiaire pendant les 14 jours. Salon de jardin un peu juste pour 6 personnes ( 4 bains de soleil). Manque un peu d'ustensils de cuisine ( poels)

Ein wundervoller und unvergesslicher Aufenthalt!!

Wir durften mit unseren 2 Kindern 10 Tagen in diesem süssen Haus verbringen und waren sehr glücklich mit unserer Wahl. Gerne teilen wir unsere Erfahrung mit Euch: - Das Haus war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Nach 1 Woche haben wir frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche erhalten - Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief wunderbar - vor der Anreise sowie während unserem Aufenthalt. Wir hatten innert kurzer Zeit Feedback! - Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und grün. Es lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen am schönen Pool ein - Die Lage ist genial! Sehr viele wundervolle Strände sind in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar und auch viele weitere sehenswerte Orte sind schnell und gut erreichbar. Mietwagen ist aber auf jedenfall empfehlenswert, dann steht unvergesslichen Ferien nichts im Wege:)

ruhige Lage, 8 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand

Ein schönes Haus. Nur leider ist die Ausstattung schon abgewohnt und überholungsbedürftig. Die Außenanlage und der Pool sind super. Allerdings die Aussenmöbel sollten erneuert werden.

Tolles Haus

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) hatten einen schönen Urlaub an der Algarve. Das Haus ist toll und liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir haben den Pool genossen, abends auf der Dachterrasse gesessen und auf das Terrasse gefrühstückt. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und wird täglich automatisch gewässert. Man geht gut 10 min zu einer sehr schönen Bucht und etwas kürzer zu einem kleinen Supermarkt. Das Haus hat Blendläden, die man nachts auch zwingend schließen sollte. Das hatten wir einmal nicht gemacht und nachts unliebsamen Besuch bekommen. Ein schönes Haus, um auch im Herbst die Sonne Portugals zu genießen.

Absolut ruhige Lage. Genau das wollten wir. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, zu den Cafés und Restaurants

Es war alles in Ordnung, vor allem die wunderbare und ruhige Wohngegend. Die Elekrik sollte von der Besitzerin überprüft werden. Im Schlafzimmer hinten rechts liegt ein Defekt vor. Bei dem Gasherd muss man aufpassen, weil sich die Schalter sehr leicht drehen lassen. (Wegen Gasaustritt). Ansonsten war alles sehr gut.

Agréable séjour

Bonjour, Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Très bon emplacement, au calme, vue mer. Maison très bien disposée, et hôte disponible et réactive. Quelques petits détails à revoir pour le confort. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Estancia positiva

En general la villa está bien y está bien ubicada. El jardín está bastante bien cuidado y hay que destacar positivamente la piscina y su manutención. Como sugerencia, se ha echado en falta una mayor y mejor iluminación sobretodo de la parte exterior así como ciertos elementos de la casa que necesitaban de mas mantenimiento basico (por ejemplo, pared del salon descorchada o algunas persianas cuyo cierre estaba estropeado). Pero en general, la estancia fue bien y salimos muy contentos de la casa. Para repetir.

Peace and Quiet

The property was in a lovely peaceful area but easy to get to the beach and Albufeira and Armacao da Pera. The gardens and pool were lovvely and well maintained.

Férias na Casa Beira Mar

Alugámos a Casa Beira Mar com o propósito de termos umas férias descansadas e relaxantes e conseguimos! Trata-se de uma moradia com 3 quartos (1 suite com cama de casal e com varanda com acesso ao terraço e 2 quartos duplos). Possui 2 casas de banho, ambas renovadas, sendo que a da suite possui duche e a comum, de dimensões bastante generosas, contém uma banheira. A sala é de boas dimensões com uma zona de estar onde se situa uma lareira, ideal para as estadias de inverno e um pequeno plasma com os canais básicos Portugueses (mais do que suficiente para quem pretende manter-se informado sem ficar colado à televisão). A zona de jantar é composta por um conjunto de mesa e 6 cadeiras ladeadas de um aparador. A cozinha, apesar de pequena, possui tudo o que é necessário (frigorífico fogão com forno, máquina de café, torradeira, micro-ondas). O espaço exterior é o exilibris da Casa Beira Mar. Para além da piscina de dimensões sufientes, na qual a água é renovada várias vezes ao dia (pelas fotografias do anúncio achava que poderíamos ficar muito expostos a quem passaria na rua mas devido ao facto da casa se situar no fim de uma rua sem saída não tivemos qualquer tipo de constragimentos) , existe um grelhador, uma mesa de plástico com cadeiras que poderá ser usada para as refeições no exterior, 4 espreguiçadeiras, e outras cadeiras que nos possibilitaram usufruir do precioso sol Algarvio. Toda a casa é rodeada por relva, arbustos floridos e, na zona da piscina, 3 árvores que dão bastante sombra. A casa possui, ainda, um pátio de generosas dimensões acessível através da sala ou da suite. A zona circundante possui praias lindíssimas, das quais destaco a Praia da Coelha, sugerindo que façam o percurso entre a mesma e a Praia do Castelo. Gostaria de acabar referindo que gostámos bastante dos dias que passámos na Casa Beira Mar com a certeza de que voltaremos.

Une semaine parfaite

2ème année que je réserve cette Vila et pas déçue. Un super emplacement tout ce qu’il faut est à disposition !!! Super contact pour plus d’informations ou pendant le séjour ! Manque juste une machine à laver le linge et tout serait parfait !!! A l’année prochaine :-)

Just wonderful

My wife, teenaged daughter and I stayed at Casa Beira for 10 days. The villa is in a quiet un-built up cul-de-sac. It is clean and spacious. The pool was large and deep, the perfect antidote after a day's sightseeing in the heat. Although there is no air-conditioning, the villa stayed relatively cool during the day and there is plenty of shade outside if you wish to sit out of the sun. Teresa Gil (the villa owner) was very attentive to the couple of problems we had, sending her local representative round immediately to resolve those issues. A special thank you to Teresa Gil also for her patience and kindness in allowing us to defer our stay from last summer to this. There are two lovely beaches and several good restaurants are in walking distance. There is a nice taberna just up the road too and a Spar supermarket about a twenty minute walk away. We had a great time and would not hesitate to come back to this villa the next time we visit the Algarve.
