The apartment includes a great breakfast buffet in our restaurant and is located in the heart of Madrid, in a privileged location just a few minutes from Gran Via. The accommodation is located on the third floor, it has stairs and an elevator. You will have a double bed and a window that overlooks an interior patio, air conditioning and central heating, television, modern bathroom, equipped with towels, hair dryer and personal hygiene products.
The kitchen area is American type with a sink for dishes and is fully equipped, it has all the necessary appliances to make your stay the most comfortable and profitable you can have: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge. In addition a laundry room on the same floor of the apartment.
A common laundry area service is available for your convenience at the installation.
Ask for a baby cradle or high chair for your baby should you need it.

We offer you private parking just 5 minutes from the accommodation with an additional cost of 20€ per vehicle per day. Subject to availability. It is necessary to make your reservation in advance and provide the details of the vehicle to formalize the entry to the restricted area of Madrid center. Only vehicles duly accredited with environmental sticker will be allowed to enter. Request information and requirements before making your reservation.
