High quality one bedroom apartment with sea views situated in the well kept, quiet complex of Port Royale in the very popular resort of Los Cristianos. The apartment has a 2 single beds and all the comforts of home including a washing machine. The complex is very clean and tidy with a peaceful and relaxing pool area .The pool is heated. The local area has shops and restaurants and with a 10 minute walk you can find many bars and restaurants that cater for all tastes.

All our contact details are in the apartment should you need them but otherwise we leave you to enjoy your holiday.
If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm.

Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out
