Located just 150 meters from Port Alcudia's fabulous beach is our Property Playamar.
Accommodating six guests this is the perfect place for those of our clients who prefer not to hire a car. There are restaurants, bars, shops and supermarket all within easy walking distance.
Nestled behind mature hedges Playamar has a private pool with a paved solárium. The terrace is furnished with loungers, parasol and a dining table.
The sitting-dining room is spacious and comfortable. There is access to the terrace and pool.
The kitchen is a good sized and well equipped and has a breakfast area.
Bedroom one has a double bed. There are doors to the pool and garden which are for your private use.
Bedrooms two and three are both furnished with twin beds. Both twin bedded rooms have views to the gardens.
The bedrooms are served by two bathrooms. One with walk in shower and the other with a generous sized tub.
Playamar is just a short walk from the amenities of Port Alcudia and making it the perfect base for a beach holiday.
