The apartment includes a great breakfast buffet in our restaurant and is located in the heart of Madrid, in a privileged location just a few minutes from Gran Via. For this reason we have been forced to remove the air conditioning machines temporarily, we have provided the apartment with portable air conditioning machines and fans. ***

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, a living room with a sofa-bed for two people, air conditioning, heating, a modern and spacious bathroom, equipped with towels and personal hygiene products. and a comfortable terrace.

In the kitchen you will find the necessary equipment for 6 people: refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, microwave, crockery and table and kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker and sandwich maker; It also has a dining area. All the comfort to be at home.

20€ cash charge for LATE CHECK-IN after 12AM.

*** COEXISTENCE ***
It is strictly forbidden to use the accommodation and facilities for parties, events or any other noise that disturbs the good coexistence and rest with other neighbors and guests of the building.

Check out time is 11AM.
We offer you a luggage storage service at our premises during office opening hours, being the cost of the service 3€/piece.

We have a professional platform scale in our office that you can use for an accurate control of your baggage allowance for your trip.

Our accommodations include a wonderful buffet breakfast in our Day Madrid Restaurant, open daily from 7:30 am to 12 noon. Our team will provide you with more information upon arrival.

*** PARKING ***
We offer you private parking just 5 minutes from the accommodation with an additional cost of 20€ per vehicle per day. Subject to availability. It is necessary to make your reservation in advance and provide the details of the vehicle to formalize the entry to the restricted area of Madrid center. Only vehicles duly accredited with environmental sticker will be allowed to enter. Request information and requirements before making your reservation.
