The open-plan living space houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and wine cooler, Smart TV with Freeview access and dining seating. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite shower and a twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request). To the outside is parking for 1 car in communal courtyard and communal garden in the complex which is accessible to guests. Within 0.8 mile or less there is a shop, beach and pub. Please note this is a pet and smoking free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Bernicia is a charming retreat to Northumberland. Note: There is a communal entrance door and steps up to the front door, please take care.

Region: Northumberland is a heady combination of fishing villages, market towns, sandy beaches, magnificent castles and historic Hadrian’s Wall, tied together by beautiful countryside and abundant wildlife.

Town: The small village of Seaton, near Hornsea has a pub, The Swan Inn, as well as a bus service. The pretty seaside town of Hornsea is situated on the East Coast, with this old Victorian resort offering long, wide, safe sandy beaches and an attractive promenade with well-kept gardens. The bustling town centre has an old-fashioned feel with a good variety of small shops, pubs and cafes, whilst nearby Hornsea Mere is the largest natural lake in Yorkshire and offers sailing, fishing and boat trips. Hornsea Freeport is popular for shopping, whilst Bempton Cliffs RSPB reserve can be reached in just over half an hour's drive. Also within driving distance are the historic city of York and Hull, the city of Culture in 2017. Seaton is a lovely base for exploring the area.
