Millport Bay View is a lovely coastal apartment just a stones throw away from the beautiful Millport Pier, on the Isle of Cumbrae. Perfect for a relaxed break for a couple or small family.. 25 steps to entrance.

Bedroom: Bunk (Double On Bottom, Single Above) Beds
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Lawned back garden with garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Bike store. On road parking. No smoking.. Situated on the Isle of Cumbrae this second floor apartment has views over the rooftops to Millport Bay and is situated only a short stroll from the beach with tropical palms fronting the promenade and yachts moored out in the sheltered bay. From here you can explore the charm of a seaside town with cafés, shops, bars and bistros. Ideal for walking, cycling, (we have several cycle hire shops) or running, the island is just over 10 miles in circumference. Golf is also very popularon the Island, hosting an 18 hole course welcome to all holiday guests.
A haven for wildlife, Cumbrae attracts migrant birds from around the world and the flora of the island is equally varied with a visit to the island’s Marine Research Station with museum and aquarium a must. Millport is also the home of Europe’s smallest cathedral and Britain’s narrowest house, it is popular for water-based activities, there are options to hire kayaks and paddle boards. The main Newton Bay offers sheltered anchorages and secure moorings. Maximum guests: 3 adults plus 1 child. Beach 200 yards.

No heating…

Brodie- on arrival the property was as it should be, clean, tidy and bright however when it came yk the evening the flat was very very cold. Electric storage heating however they hadn’t been switched on. Ni light in the bathroom - television nor Alexa tuned in. We only stayed one night out of three as it was to cold for my young grandchildren in the evening I . found the Wi-Fi box Just before I left. I tried to contact the agent before I left however it was a robot
