Conker Cottage is a three bedroom property set on a 1000-acre farm in the beautiful, rural Scottish Borders between Hawick and Jedburgh, near the small village of Denholm.

Ideally suited for either three couples, a small group of friends or small family, the three bedrooms are all fitted as doubles. One is downstairs, while the other two are upstairs where guests will enjoy the beautiful four-piece bathroom. The open plan living space on the ground floor has a wood burner, which after a day exploring the stunning surroundings, will be a welcome experience to your stay. Meals can be prepared and enjoyed, however it’s likely you’ll be out and about enjoying the local pubs, cafés and restaurants, given they’re not far away enough not to take advantage of. Adjoining the cottage is a private, spacious garden with decking and barbecue area, perfect for relaxing with a beer, glass of wine or even a cocktail in the evening watching the children or dogs playing around.

A stay at Conker Cottage also provides a rare opportunity for horse lovers, as the cottage has direct access to a beautiful orchard paddock that would accommodate up to two horses. Guests have direct access to a private gym that provides treadmills, cross-trainer, rower and a large free weights and Olympic lifting bar, subject to availability.
Fantastic local amenities are available within 1 mile from the property including cosy village pubs, shops and cafés. Walking, running, riding and cycling routes are on the doorstep. Rubbers Law, Peniel Heugh and Eildon hills are nearby.
