Due to its semi rural location Wi-Fi outages and power cuts do occur. The local pub is a 2-minute drive or a 30-minute walk across through the countryside. The nearby villages of Horsley and Ripley offer a full selection of local shops, pubs and eateries, including Michelin Star one in Ripley. Less than 2 miles from the cottage is RHS Garden Wisley, the historic home of the Royal Horticultural Society which houses one of the largest plant collections in the world. With 240 acres to explore and the UK’s first dedicated horticultural scientific centre of excellence, RHS Hilltop, Wisley has lots to offer all year round.
