This child-friendly, spacious villa with a private swimming pool is on top of a hill near Fréjus/Saint Raphael on a 1000 m2 fenced private property, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a beautiful residential neighbourhood.

Fréjus is a nice beach resort with Roman remains and a lovely boulevard with outdoor cafes, shops and a harbour. You're just 10 minutes away from a beach, water amusement park and zoo. You can also go boating at St. Tropez.

From the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Esterel nature reserve and the vineyards. Along with the pool, you'll find underwater benches, wonderful to sit on. On the adjacent covered terrace, you'll find a large dining table and a (gas) barbecue. There is a special children's corner in the garden, with a nice seat, a boules court, swing and frame. On the ground floor, opening to the swimming pool, you'll find a spacious American kitchen with a bar. Here, you'll also find two bedrooms, each with its bathroom.
