Holidays2Malaga Dr Marañon is located in the northern area of Malaga city, very close to the 'La Rosaleda' soccer field and the shopping center with the same name.

If you walk for one km along the river side, you will reach the old town of Malaga. It has easy access to the highway and it is not a difficult area to park a car.

The Picasso Museum is 1.7km away, the Cathedral of Málaga 1.8km and the port 2km. Malagueta beach is 3km away and Huelin beach is 3.5km from the apartment. There is public transport a few meters from the building. Supermarket, bars, restaurants are close by.

Dr. Marañon apartment has 3 bedrooms. 2 with double beds and 1 with bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, etc.Air conditionedis also provided located in the aisle, which can cool/heat the apartment. There is a bathroom with shower and a terrace. The apartment is on a 4th floor and it has an elevator. It is outside faced, to the street. 42' TV and free WiFi.

Pets are accepted. 30 euros per booking. Ask us about our nice Pet Kit.Rules: Pets are not allowed to use beds, sofa, etc. Please don´t leave your pet alone in the holiday home and also try to avoid noise. Extras:

The crib has an additional cost of 5.00 € / day.Baby kit (crib, high chair, bath) has an additional charge of 10.00 € / day.You also have the possibility to request in-person check-in at the apartment with an extra cost of 50 €.

Please note:Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00 hrs. Key collection is done at the office on the day of arrival until 21:00 hrs, with personalized attention if required or if you have any questions.You will have the keys available for self-check-in outside starting at 21:00.

You can leave your luggage at our office on Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia n. 6 (Malaga).Registration can be done online or in person at our office. Please, if you choose to do it in person (recommended), do not forget to come earlier as all guests over 16 years old will have to sign t the mandatory police registry.We remind you that we will ask for a refundable security deposit with a credit card upon your arrival.
