Un endroit très agréable et calme

Séjour très agréable dans une propriété plantée d'oliviers à 500m d'une belle plage publique. Accueil chaleureux de Francesco qui prête des vélos. Les légumes du jardin sont à disposition. Lieu clos, idéal pour les familles !

Natur pur

Wer Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Weg zum super Strand, ca 15 Minuten. Wir sind immer gefahren. Wohnung gemütlich, alles vorhanden, tolle große Terrasse, viel Ruhe, einige Tiere (Katzen und Hühner) am Grundstück, viele Olivenbäume und Francesco war immer parat bei Problemen oder Fragen. Waren 12 Tage hier. Die Betten könnten besser sein, oder wir sind andere Betten gewohnt. Tolle aerea für Ausflüge..... Auto ist wichtig.. Hatten super Tage , grazie und arrivederci

Abbiamo letto tantissime recensioni su svariati siti in cui viaggiatori sconosciuti dicevano di essersi sentiti a casa... Con Antonio e il figlio Francesco possiamo dire anche noi che ci sentivamo a casa: oltre alla struttura bellissima e l'appartamento pulitissimo e funzionale, la posiziine ideale vicinissima alle spiagge di Torre Specchia e non lontana da San Foca, a fare la differenza è stata la gentilezza e disponibilità di Antonio e famiglia. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Apulien ist immer eine Reise wert ...

Die Behausung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wir haben unsere Laken und Handtücher selbst mitgebracht, der Vermieter hat sich vorher erkundigt, ob wir das tun können. Das Gelände auf dem die Appartements stehen ist sehr schön und läd zum Entspannen ein. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß machbar, außer man hat kleine Kinder und draußen steigt die Temperatur auf 42 Grad Celsius 😅 man läuft schon ca 1 km zum Strand. Leider sind die Fahrräder die zur Verfügung stehen nicht mehr ganz verkehrstauglich, sonst könnte man super gut damit zum Strand fahren. In der näheren Umgebung kann man alles besorgen und man kann, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, in viele schöne Lokale gehen und die schönsten Städte in Apulien besuchen. Wir waren zum 2 Mal in Apulien und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal.

Bellissima vacanza

Abbiamo alloggiato nella struttura 12 giorni , appartamenti all’interno di un oliveto , tutto molto curato , i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, atmosfera familiare i bambini hanno fatto amicizia e giocavano fuori tranquillamente, posto tranquillo e rilassante e vicino a bellissime spiagge..Lo consiglio vivamente

Posto incantevole, accoglienza impeccabile.

Bellissimo appezzamento con ulivi, a pochi passi dal mare (spiaggia e scogli, per tutti i gusti) che si può raggiungere comodamente a piedi o con le biciclette messe a disposizione dai proprietari della struttura. A pochi km le più belle località del Salento. Gli appartamenti sono comodi e freschi, spaziosi, con cucina in muratura, bagno completo di sanitari e una grande doccia, condizionatore (che noi non abbiamo acceso perché si stava benissimo anche senza) e spazio esterno con sdraio, lettino, ombrellone e tavolo per mangiare all'aperto. Vi sono nel grande giardino anche dei barbecue e forno a legna, lavatrice e docce esterne. Francesco è un host eccezionale, davvero sopra ogni aspettativa. Ci ha omaggiato di olio, mustazzoli, taralli e tante altre prelibatezze locali, tra cui i prodotti del loro orto. Cosa dire di più!? Consigliatissimo!

Salento autentico

Nonostante il periodo di alta stagione abbiamo trovato un pezzo di VERO salento lontano da caos e assembramenti.. i proprietari sono gentilissimi, il posto è bello e molto tranquillo, al mare si arriva in bicicletta!!! ideale per famiglie con bambini.. Abbiamo conosciute persone fantastiche. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Wundervoll!

Liebe Vita, lieber Antonio, vielen Dank wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, umgeben von Olivenbäumen, einem unglaublich grünen Rasen und das kristallklare Meer ganz in der Nähe. Hier kann man die Ruhe genießen und wunderbare Ausflüge entweder entlang der wunderschönen Küste oder ins Landesinnere – zum Beispiel nach Otranto, Lecce oder in kleinere Städte wie Galatina (sehr zu empfehlen) unternehmen. Direkt bei Ankunft im Apartment wurden wir mit Allerlei Köstlichkeiten aus der Region begrüßt. Beim Rundgang durch den großen Garten zeigten die Beiden uns Ihre Obstbäume, zu diesem Zeitpunkt voll mit reifen Früchten. Auf jeden Fall sollten wir am Obst bedienen und so ging es weiter, sodaß wir für Vita und Antonio erst einmal Aprikosenkompott eingekocht haben. Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen, das Grundstück ist ideal für Kinder. Um zum Strand zu kommen, stehen unzählige Fahrräder von klein bis groß für die Gäste zur Verfügung. Uns hat der Sandstrand in der kleinen Bucht Spiaggia di Torre Specchia Ruggeri sehr gefallen. Apartment mit einem gepflegten Bad und einem komfortablen Bett, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Küchenausstattung nur das notwendigste, bin mir jedoch sicher, falls man darüber hinaus etwas benötigt, wird Antonio oder Vita das bestimmt zur Verfügung stellen. Tolle Grillmöglichkeiten sind draußen vorhanden. Ideal für zwei Personen  Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Liebe Grüße Sabine und Peter

Romantisch schön

Tolle Anlage, sehr ruhig und romantisch schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und stellen selbst köstlichen Rotwein her :) Die Ferienwohnung ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Leider fehlt für nicht ganz so warme Aprilnächte eine Heizung.

Un coin de paradis en Pouilles

Belle propriété dans les oliviers offrant calme et confort. Des vélos à disposition, sans oublier Antonio, son épouse et ses enfants, extrêmement attentionnés et pleins de bonté. Un endroit où l'on redécouvre la gentillesse et le savoir vivre! Merci à la famille Cordela pour toute la bonté dont ils nous ont gâtés!!

Holiday Home 6339542

Myself and partner have been on many Home Away holidays but none have been so memorable as the home with Antonio and his family. The villa and the hospitality of the family were exceptional, nothing was to much trouble. Only 300 meters from the beach and 5 mins to the port of San Foca by car. We had a fantastic two weeks and will be returning again next year for sure. Thankyou again. John/June

Molto bene, super consigliata!!

La nostra prima vacanza in Salento è andata molto bene, grazie anche all'accoglienza ed all'ospitalità che ci è stata riservata in questa meravigliodsa casa vacanze. L'appartamento è accogliente e curato, contesto ideale per chi, come noi, viaggia con figli piccoli, che hanno potuto divertirsi liberamente in questo immenso uliveto, tra un giro in bici ed una visita alle galline del pollaio. Personalmente ho apprezzato la possibilità di utlizzare le bici per raggiungere la vicina spiaggia e sopratutto di poter usufruire di un magnifico orto dove raccogliere ortaggi e verdura fresca la mattina. Grazie per averci fatto trascorrere una settimana di assoluto relax, al prossimo anno!
