Cozy Apartment - Louvre -Rivoli

The building was built under Haussmann it is located in the heart of the 1st arrondissement of Paris, between La Samaritaine and the Louvre Museum. You will have the chance to be a few steps away from Louvre Museum, Place de la Concorde and Place des Pyramides, as well as the Jardin des Tuileries. Located on the first floor in a typical Parisian building.
The apartment of 955 square feet is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
The space
The apartment has:

- Living room with a sofa bed
- A table diner for 6 people
- A fully equipped kitchen
- 3 bedrooms please see the details in the next section
- 2 bathrooms with a shower ( with one included the WC )
- 1 separate WC

The apartment is comfortable for 6 persons and a maximum of 8 persons.
-Bedroom 1 with a double mattress
-Bedroom 2 with a double mattress
-Bedroom 3 with a double mattress

-Living room with convertible sofa bed for 2 people

The apartment is equipped with:
- A baby cot and/or a high chair on request only
- TV in the living room
- High speed Wifi
- Washing and drying machine (out of order)
- Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle
- Refrigerator, an induction cooker, a microwave , pots, pans and other kitchen items

For information, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Guest access
EASY ACCESS : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:

- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the first floor
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen
Other things to note
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

No breakfast on site
Cleaning at before check-in and after checkout only

We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.
The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.
- If the keys of the apartment is lost, 170€ will be charged.

- A separate deposit of 390 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.
