A cosy first-floor (with lift) apartment, in a family-friendly residence, set in a spectacular mountain landscape, this makes an ideal base for an exciting holiday at any time of year.

The apartment sleeps 4 people, and has been carefully equipped with everything guests might need during their stay. The living area has French windows opening onto a small balcony with a table and chairs ideal for an al fresco aperitif. Back indoors there is a sofa and stylish armchair with a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. There is also a workstation with a large desk and remote printer, for guests who need to stay in touch with the office whilst they are on holiday. The dining area has a table for 4 people and is next to the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and coffee machines.

Additionally, in the building, guests can enjoy total relaxation with shared amenities that include heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym.SPA with massage and beauty treatments is open from 23rd December till 30th April except on Sundays and on 25th December.

Extra: The sofa in the sitting room converts into a comfortable single bed with an additional pull-out single bed.

A classic, tiled bathroom has a shower (with wheelchair access and a foldable chair in the shower), basin and W.C.

Location
The village of Vallorcine is surrounded by spectacular mountain scenery and the nearby slopes are suitable for skiers of all levels. The apartment is a short walk from the ski lifts and the ski slopes. For a gentler alternative, there are 10km of cross-country skiing trails, which will suit beginners and experts alike.

During the summer months, the valley is full of fun activities: stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing, tennis, golf and horse riding. For the more adventurous there are paragliding centres close by. Children and adults will enjoy the trek through the forest to the Berard waterfall or the Grotte A Farinet cave.

All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, as Vallorcine railway station is just a 2-minute walk from the residence. The Swiss border is a four-minute drive from the village, and a minute beyond that is the Parc Vallée du Trient, with its breathtaking views and treks. The famous Montreux jazz festival, on the shores of Lake Geneva, takes place in early July and is just 1 hour away. Vallorcine has some restaurants and there is a café at the residence. For self-catering, there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (10 minute drive).

Geneva airport is a 1-hour 30-minute drive away.
