This beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 shower room villa is located only 10 minute walk to the stunning Marina Rubicon.
The villa is set over 2 levels, with a gated car parking space you enter into the bright, luxury furnished lounge area, with 2 sofas, coffee tables and TV, leading off from the lounge is the modern well equiped kitchen and utility area.
The dining room seats 4 with sliding windows that open views onto the garden and pool area.
There is also the benefit of a shower, toilet and sink on the ground floor.
Stairs lead upto the 2 bedrooms, shower room and a 2nd lounge area with a sofa, TV and large sliding windows with fantastic sea views perfect for watching the sunset or sunrises.
The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with a King Bed, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes, the 2nd bedroom is a good size twin room with fitted wardrobes and bedside table & lamp.
Both Bedrooms are fitted with Airconditioning Units.
There is a Shower Room, Toilet & Sink.
The outside Pool Area is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine, with walk-in steps to the pool, sunbeds and an outside table for Al-fresco dining and BBQ.

Lanzarote villa

Host was very responsive and provided good instructions on directions to the property. Property was very clean and great quality , swimming pool was preheated, was clean twice within the week One negative point is the lack of forced ventilation /no extracting fans in the bathrooms which resulted in build up damp and odor ,which may not have been helped if properly had no been used recently Overall a great place and would highly recommend Best regards

Perfect place for relaxing.

Lovely little villa which was perfect for our stay. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature, the beds were comfortable, lots of space for us all to do our own thing with the outside space and two lounges, great to have English Chanel’s and Netflix on the TV and the kitchen had everything you could need. The marina is beautiful with lots of great bars and restaurants and is a 15 minute walk away. We had a lovely time.

Lovely little gem

Our first Villa holiday and we wasn’t disappointed. Very clean with everything you need for a brilliant stay. Lovely 10 minute walk to Rubicón Marina where we went every day to eat, drink and watch the world go by. Will definitely be returning.

A Wonderful Holiday

The villa is new and well kitted out for your holiday stay. It is in an ideal location, central to the Rubicon area and a short stroll to the marina, shops and restaurants. The property manager Jodie is very accommodating and responds promptly to enquiries.

Quiet, clean and simple

A quiet, clean, villa just 15 minutes walk into the marina or 5 minutes by car into Playa Blanca. If you’re into cooking the kitchen’s a bit basic but otherwise it ticked all the boxes. Pool heating is an extra 90 euros but worth it.

Modern and clean

Villa was spotless on arrival which was a nice start to our stay. We stayed 5 weeks and were impressed by how clean the accommodation was kept, with regular visits. Furniture and fittings were in line with a modern villa and were comprehensive. Only suggestions would be desert dishes and a renewal of the BBQ innards which were yucky to say the least.

Playa Blanca Villa

Relatively new villa, we stayed for 4 weeks and had a lovely time. Location a bit mixed: close to supermarket and on a hill above the Marina but being in the middle of an estate limited views from any direction. House clean internally, air conditioning, kitchen good but outside and pool were never cleaned, leaf in pool and debris around. We also had some insect problems, addressed by the cleaner. Access to TV channels were good, however connection was poor with lots of buffering and two long outages. We felt a few touches would have enhanced our stay. No outside umbrellas, no outside towels provided, no instructions or information pack (optional welcome pack came with a charge), seating and furniture uncomfortable. Saying that Jodie was helpful when contacted.

Lovely villa in a great location

The villa was beautifully clean and fresh with everything we needed for the stay. Great location which is an easy 10 minute walk away from everything you might need in the Rubicon Marina - restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket and market twice a week. Not sure if because it was October but pool area and patio had a very nice split between sun and shade at various times during the day which was great as our stay was during a fantastic heatwave. UK tv with all channels including sports and movies was an unexpected bonus, making it a real home from home but with the fantastic weather thrown in!! 😄

A perfect villa for R & R

The villa was perfect with space to relax and unwind. The accuracy of the listing was spot on. The communication from Jodie was excellent both before arrival and during our stay. The villa is in a very quiet neighbourhood. It has was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The villa was in a great position for walking down to the marina, supermarket, town or beaches. Plenty of places to eat overlooking the marina. Would happily recommend this villa, will definitely return.

Heel fijne vakantiewoning met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Enige puntjes, het zijn twee geschakelde huisjes. Dus je hoort de buren af en toe. En het verwarmde zwembad kost je per dag iets extra’s. In de winter is dat zeker de centjes waard.
