Zenia Beach

Really nice apartment. Very clean and well equipped. Location excellent. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Excellent communication with property manager. We will return.

La Zenia holiday

The property on the whole was ok. A few things we didn't like, the fact that you had to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the roof terrace also, more shade could be provided on the roof terrace. We thought that there were two bathrooms with showers but we may have misinterpreted on initial reading. The microwave was positioned on a high shelf which was impossible and dangerous to reach. We mentioned it just over halfway into our holiday to the cleaner who just happened to be working next door and he did come in and moved it to the work top which was better, if a bit crowded trying to use microwave, kettle and toaster in a small space. More sockets needed in kitchen area.

La Zenia

We adore this property, with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on.The property is clean, comfortable welcoming and within a gated community. Love the swimming pool and proximity to both beach and huge shopping centre. Ideal location. Our second visit and certainly not our last. Would highly recommend.

September 2023 holiday

We had a great time staying at this villa and we are a family with a 16 year old, 7 year old and 2 year old. Villa has spacious, clean and really well kept. There was tea coffee and sugar on arrival which was lovely. The pool and pool area was lovely and clean and there’s was a shallow bit that was just the right height for our 2 year old to have a paddle. Was only a short stay for us this time but will definitely be booking for next year. Thank you very much!

The host was lovely it was a shame the neighbours were selective with how they were on the day. Complaining about is doing things that others were doing and wasn’t being told off for. We kind of felt we were being watched all the time

Schönes Ferienhaus in angenehmer Wohnanlage. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Von den Vormietern sind leider sehr viele angebrochene Lebensmittel sowie Kosmetikartikel in den Schränken.

Boligen er helt grei, generelt veldig kompakt leilighet. Det er lite skapplass på soverom og lite plass til å sette fra seg kofferter etc. puter til uteplassene bærer preg av å være slitt. Stedet har ingen uteplasser under tak/ markise. Litt kjedelig om det regner.

The property is very well located with respect to services and the the beach is within walking distance. It is clean, modern and comfortable. The pool and garden look good, but the weather during our stay was not warm enough for swimming and sunbathing.

Great location/premises!!!!

Lovely clean house in a great location to access bars/ shopping/ supermarket/ beaches and restaurants. Just a pity we had some bad weather whilst staying here however the Netflix/Amazon access on the TV softened the blow. Thank You xx

Estancia en Casa Mento

Por las fotos del anuncio, puede parecer que la casa da a la piscina pero da a la parte de atrás de la misma. Hemos echado en falta que la administradora de la propiedad hablase castellano, ya que sólo hablaba ingles y nos costó entendernos. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, dentro de la casa y fuera (por ejemplo, los cojines de la zona de butacas del ático, estaban sucísimos, nada que ver como aparecen en las fotos) y a la ducha, le hace falta algún arreglo, se sale algo de agua por el suelo en un lateral cada vez que te duchas y no funciona la alcachofa, solo se puede utilizar la ducha de techo. Por otro lado, tengo que decir a favor, que se nos estropeo el microondas y nos trajeron uno nuevo pronto. Por lo demás, la zona de la piscina esta genial y la ubicación de la casa también.

Fantásticas vacaciones

Hemos pasado dos semanas en esta fantástica casa. Hemos disfrutado mucho. La casa está genial y completamente equipada tal y como aparece en las fotos. La ubicación es perfecta cerca de supermercados, playa,centro comercial. Volvería a repetir sin duda.

Al llegar tuvimos un poco de decepción porque las hamacas de la terraza estaban oxidadas, al día siguiente nos pusieron unas nuevas. Y en la azotea los confines del sofá estaban muy sucios y faltaban la tumbonas. El dueño nos trajo unas nuevas y se llevó los cojines a lavar. La verdad q el dueño de la casa le damos un 10 porque estuvo super atento y activo para q todo estuviera de nuestro gusto.la casa está preciosa, pero la limpieza la deberían hacerla más profundamente antes de que vayan los inquilinos. Tendría que tener la agencia una persona que hablara castellano, porque sino hablas inglés todas estas cosas hubieran sido muy difíciles de hablar. Al dueño, repito Jesper un 10. Super amable y accesible.

La Zenia first time

Really enjoyed our stay in La Zenia, the house had everything you could want, great location, nice beds, all on a gated complex. Would recommend to anyone.
