Central location, could visit most tourist areas of cornwall within a hours drive. Cottage well equipped. Ideal for us. Welcome cream tea was much appreciated.
The small cottage was perfect. Very clean and comfortable and very well equipped. Ideally located. Walkable into Bodmin and easy access to north and south coasts.
We appreciated the cream tea left for us on arrival 😀

Amazing cosy cottage clean with all amenities to hand
Lovely welcome left by the owners a lush cream tea. Cottage has everything we needed and more
Would definitely come back as location central for checking out the local holiday spots e.g bostcastle, tintagel to name a few
I took my husband and our two girl's (10yrs and 16yrs) away for his birthday in December 2024. We arrived to cream tea. We absolutely loved Coldharbour Farm, literally couldnt ask for anything better. We cannot wait to come back, especially in the warmer month's. I would highly recommend! The Hardy's
Lovely cottage. We loved Cornwall and this location helped as a jumping off point to explore.
I only wish the vacuums were easier to use, I was sweating after using them (I tried both).
This was a fantastic find we had two lovely weeks mid September into October hear. Loads of choices in cottage accommodation for you to pick. And we had a cheeky look in others and they are the same. In my opinion they are all really good. We picked this hol let to be central to all of Cornwall, only 1/2 hr to padstow and only 3/4 hrs to st ives all at a steady drive.
But we enjoyed the games room too even tho my partner was better than me at table tennis 😂 we will definitely be booking again next year. Just want to say well done Michael and Eileen you are doing a fantastic job hear very clean and comfortable stay. Xxxxx Dave & Ed
We really loved this property. It was clean and well-presented. We stayed in the Warbler cottage and it had 3 good-sized bedrooms, a living room and kitchen with an oven, small fridge and microwave. The location was perfect and only a short drive to the nearest town centre and shops. Michael and Eileen were really helpful and friendly. We are already planning our next trip here!
I cannot recommend this enough! Helpful, friendly people, we did not have children with us, but they have a great play area, a games room, laundry. Shops and petrol station within walking distance. Accommodation was perfect! Had the most relaxed time. Great!
Cottage and location very satisfactory as were all arrangements for the rental. We weren’t so keen on Bodmin as a place, but it was a good centre for our needs

Wrong accommodation.
Very clean, BUT it was.not the cottage I had selected, it was the upstairs flat over another cottage with very steep granite steps on the outside. Nowhere to walk my dog except in tarmac car park or go some distance in car. Terrible old chairs in sitting area, looked grubby. Cheap uncomfortable bed and pillows.
Even saw one other visitor urinating on the wall below my bedroom !! Never saw the owners although tried to call, no-one was there. WHY did I not have a one bedroom cottage as arranged and not a flat that slept six people. Very noisy. Have never complained before in years of self catering. Left a day early. Will never go back there. Nor should anyone else..

Great cottage, cosy, clean and perfect!!
A lovely cosy cottage, with everything we needed for our stay. The cottage is very clean and tidy. The location is quiet and peaceful, but very central for both walking in to Bodmin or exploring Cornwall. The owners go the 'extra mile' to make everything perfect - thank you for our delicious cream tea! Would highly recommend this great cottage.
