This Colina Branca townhouse is a set on a small superbly located complex of holiday townhouses, situated just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach at the centre of Carvoeiro.

The traditional townhouse has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, plus z bed, and can sleep a maximum of 4 adults plus one child. It has wonderful views over the bay of Carvoeiro.

In addition the large shared pool and lush gardens make Colina Branca a wonderful holiday location.

This individually owned townhouse is situated in a rural, tranquil position enjoying splendid sea and countryside views from the roof terrace and spacious balconies, and is only metres from the large communal swimming pool and lush landscaped gardens. The traditional house has a double and a twin bedroom, plus z bed or sofa-bed, and can sleep a maximum of 5 people. The owner prefers to retain the original bathrooms/kitchens and still have traditional style furniture. This is reflected in the lower price. In the current economic climate, this house represents excellent value for money. It has UK TV channels.
Air conditioning/heating is available throughout the year, at an additional charge of £75 / 90€ p/w.

Just 5 minutes walking distance from the heart of this lively little fishing town, Colina Branca is the perfect base for your holiday on the beautiful Algarve, with local bars, restaurants, tennis courts, supermarkets and beaches only minutes away, in addition to Pestana Golf Centre being a few minutes’ driving distance.

The large elegant living/dining room is furnished to a high standard, with patio doors to the fantastic terrace ideal for al-fresco dining or lounging in the glorious sunshine.

Bedroom one boasts the luxury of an en-suite shower room, and has it's very own private balcony. Bedroom 2 is ideally located adjacent to the family bathroom, and also has a balcony of it's own. The kitchen is well appointed and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Living Room -  Large living room and dining area combined. Sofa sitting and large dining table. UK TV channels. Log burner. Patio doors leading to sheltered South facing sun terrace with sea view, additional dining table and chairs, and sun loungers.

Kitchen  - Fully appointed kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and storage cupboards.

Bedrooms  - One bedroom with double bed, en-suite shower room and sliding patio doors to small balcony. One further bedroom with twin beds, with sliding patio doors to small balcony, situated next to family bathroom.  The house comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults. Additional sleeping arrangements are for children. This house is not suitable for 5 adults.

Bathroom -  En-suite shower room to bedroom 1, plus a family bathroom.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service -   Linen and bath towels are included in rental costs. We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter, this is included in the rental cost.

Both bedrooms 1 and 2 have their own terraced patio areas. The roof terrace offers privacy and an excellent spot to sunbathe or simply watch the sun go down over the Atlantic. The living room terrace is sheltered and South facing, with a superb view over Carvoeiro and the ocean. Colina Branca has its own private landscaped gardens in addition to the communal swimming pool. The gardens and pool areas are all lit at night. Please note there is no swimming permitted after 8pm.

WI-FI IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.

Are you a large party looking for neighbouring properties for friends or family? Then look no further, we have more Colina Branca townhouses available. Colina Branca is ideal for separate groups wishing to be in close proximity to one another without being under one roof! Please ask for details.

Car hire is recommended, the townhouse has a car port for your use. For those not wishing to drive,we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation. 

There is an information folder for guests use in each house. This contains a comprehensive guide to the area, restaurants, places of interest and emergency telephone numbers.

Beach
There are some wonderful beaches close by. In addition to the beach at Carvoeiro, within 5 minutes drive are Praia de Marinha, Benagil, Carvalho and Albandeira. Centianes beach is approx. 15 minutes walk away.
The coastline is spectacular with great views and great cliff walks.

Golf
Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is very close by. The Nick Price/David Leadbetter, Pestana Golf Resort (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgardo courses are all within a 20 minutes drive.

Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses.

Location
Carvoeiro is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport. Car hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away in the centre of Carvoeiro. The big supermarket, Intermaché, on the road to Lagoa is a few minutes’ drive.

The nearest big supermarket to Colina Branca is Intermarche – only 3 or 4 minutes’ drive away. This offers a large selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, meats and fish and just about everything else you will need to make your holiday easier. However, there is a small supermarket (and off-licence) just 3 or 4 minutes walk away in the centre of Carvoeiro for all emergency essentials and fresh bread and pastries. Cash point machines and banks are available in Carvoeiro.

Our friendly English speaking staff are on hand to welcome you, assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit.

As a small family business we look after a few townhouses in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the townhouse before your arrival. We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the townhouse.

Baby equipment such Cot and High chair, are available on request for a small additional charge, please enquire.
We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter , this is included in the rental cost.
Our mobile phone number is available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergency calls.

Check in is after 3pm and check out is before 10am.

Heel fijn huis!

Fijn comfortabel huis met alle benodigdheden voor een fijne vakantie!! Rustig gelegen maar ook zo in de gezelligheid van t dorp. Onze kinderen hebben zich ook super vermaakt! Wij zaten in de bovenste rij huisjes, super voor het uitzicht, alleen mogelijk voor mensen die minder goed ter been zijn, te ver van zwembad en hoofdstraat! Echt een aanrader!

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön gelegen und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Lediglich der Gasofen müsste mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten gab es keine Probleme, Rosa hat sich gut gekümmert 😀.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The property description was spot on - well written guidance notes in property which covered every aspect of stay, i.e. whether it places to visit or recommended eating places. Also guides with respect to all appliances within property and how to operate were clear and detailed and all emergency telephone numbers were to hand. No problem with following guide for internet. Property well maintained and clean. Out and about in car visited most places wthin 20 minute radius and had some very nice lunches/evening meals. Only thing that found resort had monopoly on was prices on sun beds at 17 euros - thought very expensive but however only used for one day so not really a problem, Would recommend to friends.

Merveilleux séjour à Carvoeiro

Vous pouvez louer en toute confiance. La maison est très bien équipée avec une vue époustouflante, notamment depuis le toit terrasse. La piscine est superbe et pas beaucoup de monde en ce début Juillet. Le village est de taille humaine ce qui change des autres villes aux alentours et proche des plus belles plages du Portugal, notamment "Praia dos Três Irmãos" qui pour nous est la plus belle. Si l'on retourne au Portugal, on reviendra à Colina Branca.

Parfait

Magnifique location avec une vue superbe sur la mer ,ideal, pour 4 personnes ,chambres spacieuses , deux belles salles de bain ,cuisine et salon bien equipés, ,de plus une terrasse couverte pour prendre ses repas face à la mer et une terrasse sur le toit . Pas de vis à vis à deux pas du centre et de la plage,piscine commune de grande dimension avec parasols et transats.Le plus ,passage d'une femme de menage plusieurs fois dans la semaine avec renouvellement draps et ser viettes ( merci à cette charmante personne qui travaille pour nous) La region est superbe ,on recommande cette location .
